Mahalo for your review. We apologizes for the inconveniences. We are working the owner on possibly doing some upgrades in the condo and also spoke to housekeeping about the floors. As for the internet, this is a common issue around the island with service. We have the property working with the cable company to see if there is anything we can do to fix the speed issue.
