Spend your next vacation in our oceanfront studio condo on beautiful Napili Bay. You can't get closer to the ocean anywhere on the island!! Our studio unit #101 has been upgraded completely to include a wall-mounted 42' flat screen tv with blu-ray DVD player, double pillow-top king size bed, dresser, night stand, table and chairs. Additional amenities include granite counters, sub-zero refrigerator and porcelain floor tile. The perfect spot for a honeymoon or vacation to rest, relax and reconnect. The clear blue waters of Napili Bay are home to a multitude of brightly colored tropical fish and the giant sea turtles. Enjoy watching the humpback whales during the winter months. Within walking distance to many award winning restaurants and many outdoor activities. You can choose to be busy everyday or just kickback and enjoy the sunshine and rainbows!

You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay in our first floor corner condo, just a few short steps to the sand. Enjoy the spectacular views of Molokai and Lanai. It doesn't get much better than this!

Beautiful and relaxing Nāpili Bay

This was the perfect location for us. Celebrated our 50th anniversary and just wanted a relaxing and warm place to do it.

Great spot!

You can’t get any closer to the beach! We loved our stay! So fun to sit on the lanai and spot whales all day. We will be back.

Great little condo in great location!

My husband and I loved our stay at the Napili Bay condo. The views were amazing and condo was close to the Napili Market, coffee shop, etc. We were just steps from the beach and enjoyed every sunset! Thank you for a great stay!

Beach proximity cannot be beat

This was my absolute favorite place I’ve stayed after 15+ trips to Hawaii. Napili Bay is now my favorite spot. The condo was 20 steps to the beach, great swimming, sunbathing and relaxing. The ocean at night was almost too loud lol. I’m already planning my return.

Maui Dreaming

Imagine sitting on your beachfront lanai watching whales breach, rainbows, tropical showers and water every shade of blue. This is the experience from the Napili Bay Resort. Unit # 101 was everything and more! We loved our stay and look forward to the next trip!

Truly Paradise Napili Bay #101

My wife and stayed here 5 years ago for 35th. Anniversary, that vacation was so relaxing and enjoyable we came back for our 40th. Dale and Pam’s unit 101 is the perfect location, just steps to the sand and water, the sunsets from the lanai are spectacular. Once we settled in it’s so easy to unwind and relax.

Perfect Location

From the time we booked this condo to checking out it exceeded all expectations. The thoughtful welcome basket hit just right! Walking out to look at the beautiful ocean and beach everyday was just breathtaking. The sunrise was just as amazing as the sunset. The sound of the waves for us was the best and we both slept like babies! Love the location it’s an experience I wish everyone could have ❤️

Absolute Paradise!

We had the most relaxing, amazing stay at Pam and Dale's beautiful condo! It was our first time in Maui and couldn't have been happier with where we chose to stay - clean, gorgeous, and so close to so many fun places! Though truly, we were most happy on the days we just hung out near the condo on the lanai and the beach. This place is paradise and Pam and Dale were incredibly kind, gracious hosts. Thank you for having us! We can't wait to return!

Napili Bay # 101

We enjoyed 3 weeks of beautiful weather and enjoyed our stay in this wonderful condo. It’s located on the end of the u it’s directly on the beach. 10 steps to refresh our cocktails, grab a snack was perfect. The bed was very comfortable ( thank god) 😂 The unit was clean & had all the necessary utensils , spices & very loved the welcoming basket! Bring your bathing suit & enjoy this fantastic beach!

You can't get closer to Napili Bay/Beach

The star is really Napili Bay and Beach. The studio has an unobstructed view of the bay, beach, sunsets of one of the most beautiful places in Maui. You are 50 steps from the inside of your studio to the beach. There is a full kitchen and a comfortable king size bed. Listen to the surf lull you to sleep every night. Beach equipment is available. The owners are easy to communicate with during the process.

On the Beach

This property is as close to the water as you can get. Just walk around the side of the unit, through a security gate, and you are on the sand. Napili Beach is very nice. You can swim, snorkel, and paddle board. It is a busy beach, so there will be people enjoying the beach right outside the condo from morning til after sunset. Ka'anipali, Honolua Bay, and Kapalua Bay are very close by. They are all excellent beaches and great for snorkeling. There are shops and restaurants nearby.The condo is a studio, so not very big, but fine for two people. The bed is comfortable. You will hear the waves day and night, which is just magical.There is no air conditioning but it was fine with the off shore breezes. You can sit out on the beach at night and see the stars. We would stay here again, for sure.

Beachside Condo

This was the cutest beach side condo, it was perfect for me and my husband. Property was easy to find, and our unit was very clean. We had everything we needed including dishes, and silverware which was nice because we ended up buying groceries for the week. You walk right onto a private beach, and at night you fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. We had an amazing time, the property owners were thoughtful and accommodating, we will definitely be back!

Napili Bay Relaxation

We've been coming to Maui for 20 years and this is one of the best locations we've stayed so far. 25 steps from the front door to the sand and another 25 steps and you're in the water. The unit had everything needed and then some. The complex was really well maintained with parking right in front of the unit, great BBQ area, and clean laundry facilities. The outdoor shower just as you come off the sand through the complex's private gate was really handy. The welcome basket was a nice bonus with all the tasty local goodies. Napili Bay is ideal for snorkeling, paddleboarding, swimming, and just sitting on the beach reading a book. Several restaurants and water gear rental shops are within walking distance along the beach. Next time we are on Maui and not staying at our timeshare on Kaanapali, we will certainly try to book here again. We actually tried to extend our stay, but unfortunately the unit was booked again the day we checked out. Thank you Devery, Pam, and Dale for sharing your piece of Napili Bay!

300 Hui by the beach

We absolutely loved this condo. We had the best access to the beach and the nightly breeze resulted in the best sleep. The condo was super clean and cozy. Loved the shower. Will be back!

Picturesque Serenity

If you enjoy being right on the sand with the sound of the ocean always present, this is your paradise. It's perfect for two adults. Our November visit was our 2nd stay here in 15 years. We plan to make this our go-to Hawaiian vacay for years to come. Comfy, clean, convenient, and serene!

Literally the closest place to get to ocean

My friend and I both enjoyed our stay in this lovely studio and would recommend to my other friends to come over. The best thing is the location! It’s sit in Napili Bay, the beach/ocean is like in your backyard. Without any hassles to bring the gears you can just went back and get cool beer after snorkeling! Oceanfront balcony enable us to watch sunset every day. It’s great area to snorkeling, I saw turtles, shark and lots of fish. Walking distance to Sea house and Gazebo restaurants. The owner is quite friendly and sent us welcome gift! Fast to communicate if there is any issue.

Our family of 3 visited Maui for the first time in 1978. We visited all of the islands loved it so much that we returned again in 1980. It was then that we knew Maui was the place for us. We visited again in 1982, and Dale found Napili Bay one morning on his daily run. We rented #105 for one month in 1983 and purchased #101 before we returned home to California & we have never looked back. It is just as special to us today as it was in 1983. Our family, friends and now our grandkids and their friends, enjoy visiting Napili Bay.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

We chose this property because of its proximity to the water. No loading the gear into the car and going to the beach. We can go inside for a quick nap, make a meal or to blend a batch of piña coladas. We decided that being closer to the water was better than having a larger unit off the water because you are never inside except to shower, sleep or eat.
There is so much to do and so little time........We now are enjoying Napili Bay with our grandsons.
It doesn't get much better than that.....
