Comfortable and modern 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 in a quiet residential area suited for family, couples, or business travelers.
The apartment is just minutes walk to the city bus stops and walking distance to all amenities including grocery stores, coffee shops, pharmacies, an LCBO, restaurants, and a movie theatre.
The 401 is about 10 minutes drive U of G is 8 minutes drive and 14 minutes by city bus.

Outdoor Cameras are installed for the safety and security of the guests. the devices are located on both sides of the house and in the front (above the garage door).

4 Day Getaway

We never got to this property due to illness. Booking was past cancelation refund date. Maha the owner was exceptional. She worked with us to help us wirh our financial loss. By far the easiest landlord we've ever worked with. Thanks again Maha.

This property was spotless, comfortable, home away from home. Everything that could be provided was provided. Extra clean and I would stay here anytime as needed. It was super quiet and private. 10/10

Perfect stay in Guelph

What a gem of a place in Guelph. It was perfect for the 3 of us. Maha and Fred are lovely people and the communication was probably the best ever VRBO experience I have ever had. Perfectly clean and perfectly stocked to make your stay easy and comfortable. We will definitely be back. Thanks Maha and Fred 😀.

I have rented many vacation properties and have had my own vacation rental property in the past. Maha’s hospitality, and attention to detail surpassed my expectations. Everything was extremely clean, new, and she absolutely thought of everything. Despite being an apartment in a home, because it is a walkout with high ceilings and a full kitchen, laundry, sitting area and two bedrooms with plenty of light from the windows we were very comfortable. There is literally not one constructive criticism I can think of that would make your stay here more comfortable or convenient. We will definitely be renting here again.

First time traveller to Canada from UK

Great location in a quiet area of Guelph. Shopping centre approx 10 mins walking distance from apartment, where there are many shops, restaurants and a cinema. There are also buses around the corner if you want to travel into the city. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Especially the beds. The kitchen is very well equipped with many appliances and utensils. The host Maha was very helpful giving me information and help during my stay. I highly recommend this accommodation and would certainly choose it again if I was staying in the area. One of the best I've stayed in.

Great Getaway

Maya’s place is immaculately clean,well furnished and well appointed. Quick to go restaurants and downtown, even to the movie house via the Hanlon Expwy. Too bad we were at Maya’s for only 3 nights and too busy that we did not have time to use her kitchen facilities. She had everything and would have loved to cook meals instead of eating out.

If you're ever in Guelph stay here

This place is wonderful. It's extremely clean, well-stocked, and spacious. Maha is a great host with excellent communication and a very clear check-in process. We really appreciated all the small touches like providing snacks and full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and soap. The kitchen is fantastic, fully stocked, and has anything you'd ever need. Although being in a basement suite you get a ton of natural light. You're a bit far from anything so it's definitely a property you'd need a car for. Overall this was a great space and we'd love to stay again if we're ever back in Guelph.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was conveniently located to where we needed to be. The accommodations were extremely clean, and we were able to save money by making some of our own meals. I would recommend anybody staying at this place. The host and her daughter did a wonderful job, making us feel at home. We will definitely book this place in the future.

Wonderful stay.

Beautiful 2 bedroom, very spacious, clean apartment. Large kitchen with many extras including small appliances, and washer and dryer Great location. Very smooth and clear check in. And Maha was a great host and was extremely responsive to all messages. Being a basement apartment, not unexpected that you could often hear upstairs residents. We would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

Incredible!

Top-notch! Impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. We felt so lucky to have found such a gorgeous home to come home to after busy days. Kitchen is completely furnished with everything we could have ever wanted and Maha made it especially welcoming by having so many little touches like coffee and tea, treats, and bottled water. Comfortable furniture in the living room, great tv, and the mattresses were just wonderful. Really can’t express how much we loved this apartment and I have been renting vacation homes for over 20 years. This is one of the best I’ve seen. Thank you Maha, you really gave us a wonderful start to our vacation!
