The property was lovely. There was enough snorkeling equipment for everyone. We loved snorkeling in the lagoon and the live music every night at sunset.

We had a great during our stay. Villa was amazing! Big and beautifully decorated. Great view of ocean from balcony. Great location in Ko Olina; close to awesome beach and great food options. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Oahu.

Fantastic! Beautiful condo, clean, spacious. Hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The location is great! Lovely pool area including one for kids. Beach is very nice. Great to walk along the promenade between the lagoons.

This place is INCREDIBLE!! The room is newly updated, so nice and welcoming. The resort amenities are fantastic for all ages, but especially for young families. We had a large group traveling, and our room was the best equipped and far outshined the other rooms. Would absolutely recommend this for anyone staying in Ko Olina!

We arrived on September 3, 2026. We were greeted by Neal. He took us on a tour of the property and brought our luggage up to the room for us. The apartment was beautiful. Clean and ready for our stays. They even had a welcome gift for us which was wonderful. The beds were extremely comfortable. We all slept well. The host provided plenty of beach equipment for us to use. They also provided a shopping service so I had groceries waiting for me and my family. It was so relaxing and beautiful. I highly recommend staying here and know that my family and I will return here soon.

Great property. Unit owners and management have thought of everything. Neil did a great job of checking us in and going over the property and amenities. Would love to come back.

Sun and Comfort

This was not our first time at Ko-Olina and the Beach Villas, and it compared favourably with previous stays. I believe the resort and the Beach Villas to be amongst the best family vacation areas in the islands of Hawaii. The area provides everything one can hope for, including shopping, dining, sport, beach life, quiet relaxation, and modern amenities.

Property was great only drawback was single beds were very narrow for teens and pull out bed needs to be replaced sinks in the middle of mattress

Maria Thanks for the review. Sorry that you felt the twin beds were narrow, but they only come in one width although they are the extra long twin beds. As far as the sofa bed, we have never had any complaints on it and is only a few months old. I have personally laid in it with no sagging so not sure what the issue may have been during your visit but we do appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Jim

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The place is brand new, beautifully designed, and very clean. The ocean views are absolutely stunning — waking up to them every morning was a highlight of our trip. The villa is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family stay. All amenities were in excellent condition and exactly as described. The host was very welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. The location in Ko Olina is peaceful and convenient, close to beaches and great walking areas. We truly felt like we were in paradise and would love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place!

This property is beautiful! The location is in a great place, quiet and away from the busy areas. The unit had everything you needed in the kitchen for making meals, even some basic spices. The wagon, chairs and beach toys were great to have! They saved us from having to carry it all, even the tired 5 yr old when she fell asleep by the pool lol it was perfect having the small shopping area down the street with a couple restaurants, shops & market too. We didnt have any issues or need any assistance from the hosts while we were there, but they were great during the check in process, they made it very easy! We had a fantastic trip & would definitely stay there again!

Great villa in Ko olina

Wonderful place to stay in Ko Olina. The lagoon and grounds are much less crowded than those of the surrounding resorts. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Easy for guests to park and visit. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and appointed with everything you need for a vacation stay. Communication with the host prior to arrival was timely and easy via the app. The only thing that was arduous was the check in orientation. Our group was quite tired, having just traveled 12 hours, and the 1 hour orientation, while thorough and friendly, was really difficult to get through when we just needed to eat and rest. That said, we would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Can’t recommend this place enough! The owners don’t brag enough with how beautiful the place is. If you are considering Aulani, stop. This place is far more peaceful, the rooms are bigger, and is on a replica of a lagoon with far fewer people. Top of the line appliances. Beautiful gardens and koi ponds. Live music for free 3 nights of the week while you watch the sunset. We literally grilled each night and at dinner with front row entertainment. If you’re looking for a quieter place to stay, especially with family, this is your place.

Amazing Stay in a Great Location

My wife and our two boys (ages 16 and 19) stayed at this property for 7 days and it was amazing. The villa was immaculate and everything looked brand new. It was spacious enough for our entire family and had a great layout with huge sliding doors that opened onto a lanai with a view of the ocean. Everything you need is provided including beach towels, chairs, snorkel equipment, and boogie boards. The property itself is located along the beach in Ko Olina which has 4 lagoons and beaches for swimming. You also have access to the beautiful pools and hot tubs on the property. There are several great restaurants and stores within walking distance. Our hosts Sherry and Neil were great and helped us check in and gave us a tour of the property. Overall, I would rate this stay a 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend it!
