Welcome to our luxurious paradise retreat at Ko Olina Beach Villas, where relaxation meets first-class amenities. This impeccably maintained penthouse in the Beach Tower offers breathtaking views of the ocean, beach, and lagoon pools—a true tropical haven designed for unforgettable holidays.

Your stay includes thoughtful touches like a welcome basket, free Wi-Fi, and free long-distance calls within North America. The condo is equipped with beach toys, golf clubs, Apple TV, puzzles, books, and a printer/fax/scanner—yes, even hairdryers are provided!

Located in an exclusive gated resort, our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse comfortably sleeps six, with additional options for a baby or young child. The spacious 1,350 sq. ft. condo includes a 300 sq. ft. lanai overlooking the ocean and lagoon pools. Appointed with top-of-the-line appliances—a Wolf oven, Sub-Zero wine fridge, Samsung washer/dryer, and more—this condo ensures a seamless blend of luxury and practicality. Each room features a smart TV, and the living area includes Apple TV for added entertainment.

The lanai is the perfect spot to unwind, offering oversized chairs and a magical view for morning coffee, whale watching, or sunset dining while listening to the waves. For beach days or poolside BBQs, we provide plastic dishes, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and more. Indoor relaxation is just as inviting, with puzzles, movies, games, and books to enjoy.

The resort’s amenities include three hot tubs, a kids' pool, a fitness center, saunas, steam rooms, and a beach bar. You’re also steps from beach rentals, spa facilities, and a world-class golf course. A short walk takes you to great dining options, beachside bars, and the Disney Hotel. The Honu Lagoon offers tranquil swimming and snorkeling, while the nearby marina provides paddleboard rentals and other adventures.

For shopping enthusiasts, the Waikele Outlet Mall and Costco are just a 10-minute drive, and Waikiki is a 30-minute drive east. The Honolulu International Airport is conveniently only 25 minutes away.

Our child-friendly and wheelchair-accessible condo includes a Graco Pack’N Play and toddler bed, with additional baby gear available through BabyQuip’s rental service.

Great Ocean and Beach View. On the balcony, can hear the light calming ocean waves sounds and nice live Hawaiian Music at sunset. Kitchen has professional stainless steel fridge, stove, oven, drawer type microwave, etc. There is nice gym and Family enjoyed swimming in the natural pool and jacuzzi. There is a beautiful water landscape with waterfall, bridges, and ducks and colorfull Koi fish. Lots of stuff to use for the beach and picnic, like chairs, snorkel, cart, games, etc. Lots of great restaurants and places nearby like Monkey Pod Kitchen, Eggs & Things, Island Country Markets, and Paradise Cove Luau. We appreciate the owner's welcome gift. Thank you for a great stay. God bless.

Better than Expected!

We did our research and chose KoOlina as a place to stay then found this Condo as final destination. This was a vacation of a Lifetime and everything lived up to that. I would highly recommend Ko Olina first and then this unit or complex for sure. Has an Amazing Pool and this Lagoon is the least crowded of the 4 Lagoons. The Unit was fantastic in every way and well equipped. On the deck is every piece of Beach Equipment you could imagine For the Beach. In KoOlina is everything you need so you can never leave or you can do like we did and Day Trip the whole Island for 2 weeks. Either way this is place to do it!!! We highly recommend!!

Great location! Ko olina is beautiful and access to the lagoons and amenities are A. Balcony is perfect for an ocean view, pool view, watching the freighters come in and military aircraft fly bys! We would definitely recommend!

Great family vacation!

This property is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The view from the lanai was spectacular. The Jean family has gone above and beyond to have everything you might need. Even items like beach chairs, snorkeling gear, inflatables, etc were all there for use and in great condition. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location!

You won't find a better view and location for the price. Wonderful Tiki Bar. Very close to Paradise Cove Luau, which is the best on the island. Snorkeling or whale watching trips less than 1/4 mile. away

First time travelers to Hawai’i and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. Swimming during the day in the lagoon and watching beautiful sunsets at night made for lasting memories. Sitting out on the lanai with a morning coffee and capping off the day with an evening beverage was also relaxing and enjoyable. The property is located within walking distance to shops and restaurants along well groomed sidewalks which makes for safe travels. Driving to and from the attractions were easy to navigate and within an hour or less from the condo. The next time your family is looking to stay in Oahu, I would highly recommend staying here. Aloha.

Great space for family vacation!

We brought our two teenage daughters here for a family vacation to celebrate their graduations. We had a wonderful time. Loved this property, as it was very spacious for the four of us. Very well supplied and had a wonderful view. Would stay here again for sure!

Beautiful location

KoOlina beach villas are our favorite part of Oahu to stay at. Our villa was comfortable, well equipped, clean, tubs are excellent, and beds comfortable. The villa could use a few updates but in general it was very comfortable. The lanai overlooks the pool area and is noisy from 8am to 9 pm when the pools close. It didn't really bother us, but if you're looking for quiet spot to sit throughout the day you won't find it on the lanai. Our host was helpful and quick to respond to our needs.

Fantastic Home away from Home

Wonderful home away from home for our memorable family vacation. Comfortable beds, fantastic view, friendly staff, great amenities. Easy drive to north shore or Honolulu. Restaurants/shopping complex within walking distance. Parking was easy as well. No complaints whatsoever.

Great spot!

Fantastic trip to Ko’Olina and wonderful stay at this condo. The photo’s under sell the view which was far better than we had anticipated. Kim was very helpful prior to our visit. The place was very clean and tidy with plenty of space for us. Our second time to the Beach Villas and the stay on the 9th floor was the best with the views. Would recommend this place and definitely will return. Cheers!

Wonderful family stay

We booked Ko Olina to celebrate a family milestone with other relatives staying upstairs in the Beach tower and grandparents at the property next door. The unit is spacious, updated fixtures & appliances and well-appointed for cooking our own meals. Owner provides lots of equipment for pool & beach. The 4 of us had tons of room for sleeping & relaxing and it was easy to host our group of 10 for meals together in the unit or on the lanai. 2nd bathtub surface chips need refinishing and the drain was out of the tub and nonfunctional. I presume that's temporary as the rest of the unit is definitely high-end!

Best vacation ever! Honestly, we liked the condo too much! The beach and pool were pristine, filled with wonder and aww of the beautiful flowers falling from the trees into the pool. We didn't even care to explore, but we had the best time in Hanauma Bay,enjoying kava, and watching the huge waves at the north shore! We downloaded the shaka app, which gave us our own personal tour guide! I'm not sure how anyone can complain about anything at this property. We want to buy here!

Resort Experience

The property is gorgeous!. The views are outstanding if not one of the best on the property. The resort amenities are excellent and compare to any top notch resort. The pools are big, have plenty of room for all, and we never had any problem securing a lounge chair when we needed one. Live music on the property is an added bonus and the bar near the ocean is a nice touch that you may not expect at a private condo. The gym is very spacious and well equipped. The check in process was very easy and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The parking situation isn’t ideal and we had to park the car on the opposite side of the property in a surface lot. For grocery store trips and anytime we had a lot of stuff to carry such as coolers and beach chairs, we sent someone to go and get the car and bring it around to the group. There is only one assigned parking spot in the garage which the unit is in, and the owner keeps their car parked in that spot. The front desk has to assign you a spot in the extra parking lot on the other side. The condo was clean and had all the appliances you could imagine. Coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc. was provided with more than enough for the week. The trash bin was small and there wasn’t a separate one for recycling. We later found out, that there was supposed to be a gift basket left for us, but we didn’t receive it. Instead the resort host left us a handful of fruit chews, a couple coffee pods, and a granola bar. He said he forgot to bring up a bottle of wine. Kim told us that she was sorry about the basket and said that the cleaning crew should have prepared one for us, so she said she would give us a gift certificate to the Monkey pod restaurant. She never followed through, so we called the resort host and asked him about the wine he “forgot” and he delivered up a bottle of nice wine and champagne. The internet was initially out when we arrived but we got that taken care of. Kim responded right away and told us out to reset the modem in the closet. Instructions were also listed in the guest book. The cable tv in the guest room was also out. Kim addressed this as well, and sent over the cable company and they replaced the cable box. Not a big deal, small problem will arise, from time to time. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Nice amount of chairs, and beach gear to use. It would be nice to have a folding wagon to help cart the stuff.
