Welcome to our luxurious paradise retreat at Ko Olina Beach Villas, where relaxation meets first-class amenities. This impeccably maintained penthouse in the Beach Tower offers breathtaking views of the ocean, beach, and lagoon pools—a true tropical haven designed for unforgettable holidays.

Your stay includes thoughtful touches like a welcome basket, free Wi-Fi, and free long-distance calls within North America. The condo is equipped with beach toys, golf clubs, Apple TV, puzzles, books, and a printer/fax/scanner—yes, even hairdryers are provided!

Located in an exclusive gated resort, our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse comfortably sleeps six, with additional options for a baby or young child. The spacious 1,350 sq. ft. condo includes a 300 sq. ft. lanai overlooking the ocean and lagoon pools. Appointed with top-of-the-line appliances—a Wolf oven, Sub-Zero wine fridge, Samsung washer/dryer, and more—this condo ensures a seamless blend of luxury and practicality. Each room features a smart TV, and the living area includes Apple TV for added entertainment.

The lanai is the perfect spot to unwind, offering oversized chairs and a magical view for morning coffee, whale watching, or sunset dining while listening to the waves. For beach days or poolside BBQs, we provide plastic dishes, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and more. Indoor relaxation is just as inviting, with puzzles, movies, games, and books to enjoy.

The resort’s amenities include three hot tubs, a kids' pool, a fitness center, saunas, steam rooms, and a beach bar. You’re also steps from beach rentals, spa facilities, and a world-class golf course. A short walk takes you to great dining options, beachside bars, and the Disney Hotel. The Honu Lagoon offers tranquil swimming and snorkeling, while the nearby marina provides paddleboard rentals and other adventures.

For shopping enthusiasts, the Waikele Outlet Mall and Costco are just a 10-minute drive, and Waikiki is a 30-minute drive east. The Honolulu International Airport is conveniently only 25 minutes away.

Our child-friendly and wheelchair-accessible condo includes a Graco Pack’N Play and toddler bed, with additional baby gear available through BabyQuip’s rental service.

Great Ocean and Beach View. On the balcony, can hear the light calming ocean waves sounds and nice live Hawaiian Music at sunset. Kitchen has professional stainless steel fridge, stove, oven, drawer type microwave, etc. There is nice gym and Family enjoyed swimming in the natural pool and jacuzzi. There is a beautiful water landscape with waterfall, bridges, and ducks and colorfull Koi fish. Lots of stuff to use for the beach and picnic, like chairs, snorkel, cart, games, etc. Lots of great restaurants and places nearby like Monkey Pod Kitchen, Eggs & Things, Island Country Markets, and Paradise Cove Luau. We appreciate the owner's welcome gift. Thank you for a great stay. God bless.

Perfect location!

You won't find a better view and location for the price. Wonderful Tiki Bar. Very close to Paradise Cove Luau, which is the best on the island. Snorkeling or whale watching trips less than 1/4 mile. away

Great space for family vacation!

We brought our two teenage daughters here for a family vacation to celebrate their graduations. We had a wonderful time. Loved this property, as it was very spacious for the four of us. Very well supplied and had a wonderful view. Would stay here again for sure!

Great Family vacation spot

Fantastic Home away from Home

Wonderful home away from home for our memorable family vacation. Comfortable beds, fantastic view, friendly staff, great amenities. Easy drive to north shore or Honolulu. Restaurants/shopping complex within walking distance. Parking was easy as well. No complaints whatsoever.

Excellent location and very nice unit. Convenient to pool and beach. An issue with A/C was quickly resolved. Minor improvement would be 2 additional beach chairs. Would stay again.

Great apartment!!! Very well equipped with anything you possibly need for relaxing beach vacation.

The property is great! very clean, well equipped with appliances and beach gear for adults and kids alike! The beds are comfortable and the owners were very helpful and accommodating with our requests and questions! :)

Great spot!

Fantastic trip to Ko’Olina and wonderful stay at this condo. The photo’s under sell the view which was far better than we had anticipated. Kim was very helpful prior to our visit. The place was very clean and tidy with plenty of space for us. Our second time to the Beach Villas and the stay on the 9th floor was the best with the views. Would recommend this place and definitely will return. Cheers!

Fantastic property!

We so enjoyed our stay here. The condo is so well stocked with everything you need for the family. Whether you are all adults, or a family with small children, you will be set for fun. Kim is so quick to respond to any queries and needs. I would recommend this property to anyone who asked and I would definitely look to stay here again. Thanks for making our stay so great!

Perfect Paradise

Love the condo and the location of the villa. It was in nestle in a lovely beach resort area in Ko Olina and away from the busy city. Absolutely was a paradise. The condo has everything we needed and more. We love eating breakfast on the lanai and enjoying looking out at the view. Love our walks along the beach and lagoons. Everything was perfect!

Beautiful location

KoOlina beach villas are our favorite part of Oahu to stay at. Our villa was comfortable, well equipped, clean, tubs are excellent, and beds comfortable. The villa could use a few updates but in general it was very comfortable. The lanai overlooks the pool area and is noisy from 8am to 9 pm when the pools close. It didn't really bother us, but if you're looking for quiet spot to sit throughout the day you won't find it on the lanai. Our host was helpful and quick to respond to our needs.

Fabulous

We visit the Hawaiian Islands every year for the past 20 yrs. Ko Olina on Oahu is my Number #1 place to stay. We got burned a couple hrs ago w/VRBO.. was hesitant to try again.. this Owner is great. Their Condo is Fabulous. Ready to go back and stay next year with them.

Spectacular Vacation

We had the pleasure of spending our 20th wedding anniversary at the Jeans’ Ko Olina Beach Villas home. The home is spectacular in all respects! Wonderful location. Spectacular views. Beautiful and relaxing accommodations. We are already missing our morning cup of coffee on the lanai gazing through our sunglasses into the mesmerizing turquoise ocean just below. Plus, Kimberley is incredibly responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to return!

Everything you need to have a great vacation in paradise.

This beach villa unit has a phenomenal ocean view, every amenity you could want and is just minutes walk from restaurants, golf and wonderful protected beaches. Easy access to the highway puts you within easy reach of all the attractions on Oahu...pools, hot tubs and the grounds are impeccably maintained by friendly, helpful staff. The beds were comfortable and the unit stocked with everything you'll need. We're looking forward to coming back again...100% satisfied with our stay. Thanks so very much!

Paradise

Best vacation ever! Honestly, we liked the condo too much! The beach and pool were pristine, filled with wonder and aww of the beautiful flowers falling from the trees into the pool. We didn't even care to explore, but we had the best time in Hanauma Bay,enjoying kava, and watching the huge waves at the north shore! We downloaded the shaka app, which gave us our own personal tour guide! I'm not sure how anyone can complain about anything at this property. We want to buy here!

Wonderful family stay

We booked Ko Olina to celebrate a family milestone with other relatives staying upstairs in the Beach tower and grandparents at the property next door. The unit is spacious, updated fixtures & appliances and well-appointed for cooking our own meals. Owner provides lots of equipment for pool & beach. The 4 of us had tons of room for sleeping & relaxing and it was easy to host our group of 10 for meals together in the unit or on the lanai. 2nd bathtub surface chips need refinishing and the drain was out of the tub and nonfunctional. I presume that's temporary as the rest of the unit is definitely high-end!

Beautiful Ko Olina Beach Villa Condo

We are just wrapping up a wonderful 2 week (6/10/17 - 6/24/17) stay at Kimberly Jean & Family's condo in the Ko Olina Beach Villas. The Condo is on the 9th floor, the balcony directly overlooks an incredible saltwater pool (we spent a lot of afternoons in the pool!), the beach and ocean are to your right. The view is beautiful! The condo is great. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are nice and well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked -- but I didn't do a lot of cooking, we generally ate breakfast and lunch in the condo and enjoyed dinner out. There are plenty of beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, etc. Overall, the condo is very clean and comfortable -- no complaints, no problems! We loved spending 2 weeks here. We got adjusted to the time change, explored the island, went on a lot of hikes, relaxed on the beach and by the pool. We are sad to leave! We will be back! One tip: When you check in, make sure they give you a parking spot for the parking lot that is underground under the condo. When we checked in they tried to give us a parking spot that was pretty far away, by the other building, and not undercover. I am SO glad I asked for the closer, undercover parking spot. We used our car a lot (600+ miles!), hauled up a lot of groceries, and it would have been very inconvenient to have to hoof it all the way to the other parking lot!
