The property was beyond expectations! While we did have a slight plumbing problem it was quickly addressed and did not interrupt our vacation at all. We would highly recommend this property, the area and the people. This was a bucket list trip for our family. Hope to make it back someday.

This property is absolutely perfect in every way. Lagoon views and access, quality interior decor, full equipped with kitchen needs and beach accessories. Booking, checkin, and communication was quick and easy. Highly recommend this property in Ko Olina area that is walking distance to Aulani and Four Seasons. Stunning and perfect for families and couples!

Amazing view! Had all of our meals on the lanai so that we could enjoy the incredible and private view! Unit was well-stocked, clean and just as advertised.We had a wonderful stay and loved our time at Ko’Olina! We will definitely be back!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The view, the unit, the location couldn’t have been any better. Our family of 5 had such a memorable trip, even during a hurricane! Paul is a great host and helped us with every need and question in a very fast manner. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to rent again!

Beautiful, so clean, well-supplied with comfortable beds, good wifi (used extensively for work and video calls), fabulous balcony/view. The welcome host was excellent, helpful and informative, and the owner was very responsive. The beach supplies (wagon, chairs and cooler) are our must haves and very appreciated. Loved the extra fans in the house. Only suggestion for an even better balcony experience would be to have a lounge or couch in addition to the chairs. Definitely hope to come back to this condo!

This property is perfectly positioned. The 2nd lagoon is superb and never crowded. This condo is the best of several units that I've stayed in. The view is killer and the unit has everything you'd need. The checkin process was silky smooth; the hosts communicated frequently. Absolutely A

The property was amazing. All the rooms were great! Host was excellent and accommodating and provided much needed information during a tropical storm. Parking was easily accessed. I would recommend this to anyone looking to enjoy a quiet fun relaxing visit to Oahu.

Spent a lot of time researching places....and based on the fact we wanted a great "view" of the beach and wanted to be as close a possible to the beach.....the place was amazing! The host, Paul, was great to work with. Super organized and clear with communication. The property staff was also great who handled the "day to day". As far as the place....everything we could have hoped for. Nice and clean....plenty for my family of 5. (2) high school boys and (1) girl, middle school. The room for me and my wife was great and the bathrooms were nice and clean. We cooked breakfast in the rooms everyday so it was good to have all the cooking equipment. Love, Love the lagoon! Perfect to relax in. Not sure how many times we just hung out listening to the waves and watching the beach while eating something or enjoying our favorite beverage on that balcony. Checkout was a breeze and painless. When we needed more snorkel gear, the property team was great! I would definitely come back to this place again. So glad we found it. Well worth the money....for what we got. Thanks again Paul!

Everything was as expected. The beach is magnificent - not crowded, beach chairs/umbrellas available, manicured walkways that are a pleasure to stroll - it all adds up to relaxing.

We’ve been to Ko Olina before, but this was the most beautiful place, view and location. Communication with the owner was great. We love Ko Olina and this VRBO was stunning with all the comforts of home. Just perfect. Thank you Paul.

We have stayed here previously. Four times total—two in this condo—two in a different unit. This is an immaculately clean and phenomenally well kept apartment/condo. The owner, Paul, is wonderful and very proud of this home. The location can not be beat, Even if you do nothing and just sit outside you will be transformed. We had some issues with the AC but I am sure that will be or has been fixed. The bad is really two fold: the staff of the “resort” are just not nice nor accommodating. You are clearly bothering them by checking in. Since I stayed here before, I knew better than to ask them for anything—that was never going to work. The tone is set from the moment you check in—to all the threatening signs. Not to mention the overlord patrols the staff would go on. What was better before was the property management that oversees the home. Let’s just say I would not put them in the helpful category. This is a real shame because Paul is so responsive and so attentive. I do not think they represent him well. Would I stay here again? Yes, based on the location, condition of the home, the owner, I think it is worth it. The views are worth the frustration and feeling like you have intruded on the property.

We've stayed in a number of Ko Olina Beach Villas, and this was one of our favorites. The view facing northwest allowed us to use the lanai all afternoon, and you don't get that fishbowl feeling like the main tower. The views to Four Seasons, Aulani and the coves was beautiful. The condo was also well equipped for our group - kitchen, beach toys and chairs, etc. Hosts were great communicators and very proactive. We had a great stay!

Aloha R. Mahalo for the nice review and clearly identifying what sets this villa apart from most of the others. Your 'fishbowl' description nailed it. If guests enjoy spending hours on the lanai as we do, it is nice to look out to the coastline and ocean rather than 50 other lanai's looking back at you. If the Atlantis resort is ever built, it will change that view. After 10 years of announcements saying 'coming soon' we are very skeptical anything will ever get planned or through the uniquely Hawaiian permitting process. In the meanwhile, we will continue spending our afternoons and evenings with friends and family on the Lanai while it last. Aloha, Paul
