This charming property is situated in the heart of Gulf Shores, nestled just 2 blocks from the sugar-white sands and emerald-turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located within walking distance to awesome restaurants, shopping, and events at the Hangout!

Your family will enjoy vacationing in our cottage-chic retreat, boasting an inviting layout and coastal furnishings, updated electronics and appliances, and luxurious touches throughout. This unit is decorated in a nautical-inspired aesthetic, with shades of turquoise, aqua and sea-glass blue paired with calming neutrals and wood finishes to create a comfortable and relaxing environment for your beach retreat. Gather the family in the living area for a movie, boasting a large flat screen HDTV, cozy sofa, two sitting chairs, and balcony access! The sofa converts to a queen size pullout bed, allowing for a maximum occupancy of 8.

The sliding glass doors open to your covered, screened-in terrace overlooking your own PRIVATE heated outdoor pool. The pool is completely fenced-in and seasonally heated between 80 and 85 degrees providing the perfect oasis to cool down! After a night of grilling, eating and laughing with friends, retire to one of three luxuriously appointed bedrooms and catch some quality z's during your much-deserved getaway! With each featuring premium mattress sets, posh bedding and high thread count linens, you're sure to indulge in some quality rest and relaxation! The master bath is equally impressive, including a huge walk-in tile and glass shower and plush oversized 100% cotton oversized bath towel sets, perfect for pampering after a long day on the beach!

Please note: Heated Pool will typically not be heated when ambient air temperature is below 75. Doing so could overwork the pool heater. Subsequently, the pool will only be heated Spring through Fall, not Winter.
