Waterfront TownHome with over 2,880 sq ft of living space, Bahia Beach on Tampa Bay. Watch the manatees play in the waterway from your deck. Only a 7 minute walk to the beach.

The Community is located on 125 Acres of land, has a Private 1/2 mile beach, 4-Star Resort, 2 Waterfront Restaurants with Tiki bar & evening live entertainment, large heated pools, 2-outdoor Jacuzzis, 4-Tennis courts, Volleyballs Court, 2-full service Marina's with 260 boat slips, and 250- foot long fishing pier.
Top of the line designer furniture including granite counter-tops with breakfast bar in kitchen and low energy appliances & electronics. While we provide a start-kit for guests to settle in, this unit is a self-serve home and we advise bringing additional consumables. :)
Home is fully equipped for 10, sleep maximum 10 people.

We enjoyed watching the manatees in the inlet that our unit overlooked. The pool and restaurant on the property are both kid friendly. This was a good place to cool off from the FL summer heat.

The house was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were soft. The kitchen was outfitted for a family that likes to cook! There were supplies like oil, salt, pepper. Extra large pans, virtually everything needed to feel at home!We went exploring the off-site beaches, but there is a community pool and a local beach to use. I definitely recommend this house.The one warning are the multiple stairs. The living room and kitchen are on the 2nd floor. The majority of the bedrooms are on the 3rd floor.

The house was beautiful and the host was great. We had a wonderful time. The only thing I would say was the pool times on the pool rules was conflicting it said 10pm but a rude security guard kicked is all out at 8:30pm. But other than that it was amazing

Such a great rental! We stayed a month and looked forward to seeing the manatee from our patio each day. Nice sized Master. Flooring upstairs was really nice. Plenty of space to spread out if traveling with couples or large family. We used the kayaks in the garage and had so much fun! Beach, pools, grounds are excellent. Already planning for next year!
