The property was clean and very nice. The host responds back to you on the app. The only thing I would say need to be fixed is the list of things to do as they have massage by appointment on there and there is no massage by appointment. They need to edit their list of things to do there. Overall, great clean property and would definitely recommend it.

Everything was great with this rental. The check in was easy. Any questions I had were answered in a timely manner. The place was beautiful and had a beautiful view.

We have stayed in Little Harbor numerous times and this was our favorite unit. Exactly as advertised with awesome marina views. We will be back!

The view is fantastic! The property was listed accurately and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. We were comfortable and had plenty of space for our family to spread out. Would definitely recommend for a quiet and relaxing place to spend time with family or friends.

Great location and property! Easy to get everywhere with amenities close by. Loved the water view on the balcony and the gym came in handy for morning workouts. The place was very clean, and the description was as stated.

Great family getaway!

We went to visit relatives in Suncity and stayed in Ruskin, 2nd time we’ve stayed here, different unit but all great. Food in restaurants is great, kids loved the pool. Sunsets are amazing!

The unit was adequate for our needs and we enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was lovely. Some shortcomings: There were no instructions on how to enjoy the amenities or where to find them really. The map provided in the email was difficult to follow. The TV remotes had no instructions either and were difficult to figure out how to operate. Overall the unit is showing some wear and tear but everything works well and it is well stocked. check-in was super easy and management very timely with responses.

The plane was clean, everything functioned as it should.. the community was perfect. Private beach, 2 restaurants and bars.. it was a perfecf vacation!
