It’s great that you were able to experience some of the local wildlife — the egrets, herons, and jumping fish can be quite a show, even when the manatees decide to stay hidden. The manatees can be a bit elusive—often what you’ll notice first are small swirls in the water or large shadows moving below the surface. They’re usually easier to spot on sunny days when the light helps reveal them. I’m happy to hear the home and instructions helped make your stay comfortable.
