Home is where the beach is! Welcome to Harbour Oaks #101!

Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this completely renovated and beautifully updated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom ground level vacation rental residence in Harbour Oaks on St. Simons Island.

The owners have updated this unit with all new appliances, renovated kitchen and super nice linens and décor. You won’t want to leave! The living room has plenty of space to catch up with family. The dining room table will seat 6 comfortably with two additional bar seats nearby.

The master bedroom is large with a king size bed, ceiling fan, large flat screen tv and private en-suite bath with shower/tub combination. There is even a sitting area outside the master suite. On the other side of the living room, there is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, ceiling fan and television; full bathroom and a third bedroom which has a set of adorable twin bunk beds.

The Harbour Oaks community – a much sought after location - is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Lighthouse, Village and Pier, Neptune Fun Zone and many one-of-a-kind shops, boutiques and restaurants.

Harbour Oaks Community amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts and fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons).
• Sorry, no pets are allowed in this unit.
• 1 covered, marked parking spot is available. Additional parking is available for extra vehicles in unmarked spots.
• Approx. 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier, main Village area and pickleball courts.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 3 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and One Trash Bag. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Amazing Location - walk to everything.

We loved this townhouse and cant wait to come back! Its walking distance to everything, parks, stores, restaurants, shopping, pier, playground. Its is beautifully decorated, clean and in gated community.

Quiet, clean and serene. Perfect place for senior citizens.

Condo was extremely clean and nicely decorated. All the amenities that we needed were there and readily available. We appreciated the detailed instructions for directions and other matters related to our stay.

Overall good. Would stay again.

Great location. Easy check in. Quiet. Only a few complaints: The linens could have been cleaner. The bedspreads and shams are in need of washing and some of the towels had stains. The water pressure in the showers wasn’t good and the dryer had to run 3 times to dry anything. A keurig would have been nice. There’s only a mr coffef Positives: bedroom step up was great for family with kids. They had charging stations everywhere for electronics and everything worked well. Kitchen items were good. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it just wish it

Wonderful Place

This is exactly what my family needed. Just enough room for us all and in the perfect location. We were close to all the shops and places to eat. Outside the glass doors by the fountain and on the comfy couch were my two favorite places to be. Will definitely be in my favorites for next year.

Very cute place with great layout and location!

Condo was very cute, spacious and had a great layout for a family with small children. Especially loved that it was a short walk to many restaurants and shops as well as close by to a cute park for the kids to play at.

We had a girls trip and had so much fun! Condo was fabulous and fit us all comfortably. Special thanks to housekeeping because she saved us with jumper cables when we left and had a dead battery.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time to the Golden Isles. We chose this unit due to the location and it was fantastic. Our 3 boys loved the bunk room and giant couches. We took advantage of the pool a few times after hot days at the beach (East beach about 8 min drive). Playground and baseball fields a short walk on the way to St. Simon pier village with shops and restaurants. An easy walk to the pier for nightly sunsets, more playgrounds or to see the lighthouse. It is about a 30 min drive to Jekyll Island. My family is already asking if we can come back next year.

Our home away from home 🐚

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the tools needed for being creative with food. (I’m a retired pastry chef) It’s just a short walk to the ocean and SSI village. It’s nice to have so many good restaurants in walking distance. Our favorite restaurants are Blue Bay, Iguanas Mallery Street Cafe and Palm Coast. It’s so nice eating outside in January and February. Great playground 5 minutes away ...that are grandkids enjoy. We spent 2 months in this unit and can’t wait to come back in 2023. Thanks to Realescapes Properties for always being so helpful during our stay.
