Our renovated, 1st floor (ground level), end unit condo is located in the desirable gated community of Harbour Oaks. Don't walk up flights of stairs after a day at the beach or shopping! Our condo is a ground level, end unit with very close parking. The Harbour Oaks complex is within walking distance to the pier (0.9 miles), village (0.5 miles), beach, restaurants, pubs, parks, tennis, pickle ball, fantastic play grounds, etc. (all < 1 mile). Our condo is perfect. It is in a great location! Everyone from toddlers to our most mature guests will enjoy the amenities which include tennis courts, a swimming pool, lagoons, a turtle pond with sitting area and much, much more.
To the right of our complex you can enjoy a short stroll to Mallery Park for picnics under the massive oak trees, or continue on to the village where you will discover delicious dining, unique shopping and sightseeing fun. You may also choose to spend time at the large, partially covered fishing pier, lighthouse or Fun Zone with public pool and putt putt course.
To the left of the complex you are less than half a mile to the best beaches on St. Simons at the Coast Guard Station.
The bright and inviting 3 bedroom FIRST floor END unit is easily accessible from your assigned covered parking space. The condo is tastefully decorated with NEW sun room, living room and master bedroom furnishings. The split floor plan offers privacy with the master bedroom off of the sun room with king bed and private, newly renovated double sink, full bath. The second bedroom with another KING bed, third bedroom with twin beds and a shared full bath (with quartz double sink vanity) are located down the hall from the living room.
We offer a fully equipped, renovated kitchen with all stainless appliances, new cookware, quartz countertops and access to a private patio off of the dining area to make your stay a true delight. The private patio offers a gas grill perfect for grilling your catch of the day with lovely views of the lagoon.
Interior amenities include flat screen TVs & DVD players in all three bedrooms and living room, free secured wireless internet (WIFI), full size laundry room and all LINENS PROVIDED.
No pets allowed. No smoking.

We loved the layout and the location. It is an easy stroll to many restaurants and shops. The kids loved seeing the turtles everyday. We would stay here again.

This is the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at anywhere in the world. Also the nicest place by far that we have ever stayed on SSI and we have stayed at over a half dozen different places. Owners are great and respond promptly to any message.

Always a perfect home for vacation. Near downtown shops and restaurants. Condo was extremely comfortable with everything you need. Pool was great too! Kids love the turtles in the lagoon.

Family and Friends 2025
Perfect stay for us! We have a large family and came to the island to visit friends! We were a short distance to everything, causing the trip to be peaceful and productive!

Great place in Harbor Oaks
We enjoyed our stay at Harbor Oaks it is our second time and plan to come again. It is close to the pier, village and beach.

Great location!
The condo was just as described very clean, walking distance to many restaurants and the pier. Host were awesome, great communication! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay
We really enjoyed the condo and location. The condo is laid out very well so we felt like we had a lot of space. Bedrooms we're great and we loved being able to walk to pier and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Noah’s wedding weekend
Very nice —- had an air conditioner issue upon arrival but owners acted quickly and got it resolved. Beautiful condo - I will book again.

Great place, will be back!
This property was nicely furnished and very conveniently located to everything, yet very private and quiet. Communication with the owners was fantastic with quick responses. Highly recommend!
