Upgraded Oceanfront Terrace Condo - Private Beach Access!

D301 is an upgraded 2-bedroom oceanfront condo only a short walk away from the beach. Located in the world famous Mauna Lani Resort, the condo offers beautiful ocean and sunset views and a large outdoor lanai. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, as well as a private balcony with ocean views. The living room features upgraded wood floors, a large HDTV and open views of the nearby coastline. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The unit features a washer and dryer as well as free Wifi. D301 is on the top floor of the D-building (accessible by stairs only) and comes with parking and easy access to the best beaches, restaurants and shops on the Kohala Coast. All guests have access to the private Beach Club, which is located only a 5-minute walk away and offers some of the best snorkeling and beachfront dining on the Big Island.

**Guests of D301 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club. Guests will have complimentary access to the private lap pool, fitness center, locker rooms, sauna, pickleball and tennis facilities. This exclusive partnership with the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection, is offered to only a select few vacation rental properties.

Resort experience without the crowds

This was a beautiful place. We have stayed in all the surrounding hotels and will always go this route from now on. It feels like you are in a fancy hotel, similar amenities, great quiet location, no crowds. The condo was impeccable. Third story a huge bonus with vaulted ceilings. Only downfall (not the condo owner's fault at all) was intermittent construction noise from a condo on the first floor. The management company was very responsive when we voiced our concerns and we felt heard. Fortunately, the noise settled after the 3rd day, either out of respect for is or just good luck. We would definitely stay again.

Unit is not worth nightly rate

This unit is in serious need of updating. The furniture , especially the master bed, are uncomfortable. Linens are comparable to a cheap hotel. If all you’re looking for is a nice view and proximity to the beach, then you’ll be happy.

Loved this place!

Beautiful property with very nice appliances and a great entertainment center. Very helpful staff that was able to help us locate the new password for the internet with one phone call. The only negative was that the building was being painted while we were there and our beautiful views were obstructed on two mornings. I mentioned this to the management staff and they were very understanding of our inconvenience and even offered us a discount to make things better. I will happily work with this company in the future!
