3 Bears Lodge, a 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath Room. Spacious, Rustic Golf Course Home

Our lovely mountain home, with a filtered view of the lake, welcomes you with plenty of room for one, two or multi-generational families. Enjoy our home's warm and charming mountain style with comfortable furnishings, lots of light, decks front and back with a popular Great Room floor plan. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac and backing up to a fairway on the Mountain Golf Course, we are just 5 minutes from town, to hiking trails, the beach, golf courses and the Hyatt Casino.

There is a Queen Suite on the main level and an additional Master Suite upstairs, separated by a long hallway leading to two more Guest Bedrooms. The Twin Bedroom has a carpeted hideaway loft, reached by ladder, where kiddos love to sleep as an alternative to the twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed and a small loft, also accessed by a ladder.

Our kitchen has high-end appliances and plenty of cookware to satisfy any chef. For large groups, the dining room table seats 10 with 4 more at the kitchen island. Surprise - the dining table converts to a pool table for after-meal fun! There is also a Den/Game Room with TV, DVD, books and board games. A sleeper sofa makes this room an additional bedroom if needed!

On the back deck, overlooking the open backyard and golf course, you will find a Weber Grill, hammock and deck furniture for relaxation and casual meals during the warmer months.

We have an attached, 2-car garage which you may use, and there is additional room on the driveway for 2 or 3 more vehicles. The garage also has an electronic dartboard on the wall.

We have beach chairs, a cooler, a couple of blow-up boats, snow toys, two sets of golf clubs and many other items which we are happy to share.

Our home sleeps 8 guests.

You HAVE to see it!

The pictures do not capture how large and beautiful this home really is. With 6 adults and 2 children the home had enough room to keep us cozy all together or find a quiet place to just relax. There is ample space for multiple people to cook in the kitchen and more than enough space to enjoy your meals. The heavy shades helped to keep the house nice and cool in the afternoon and the many windows let the high mountain breeze run through the house in the evening. With shopping right down the street and local beaches no more than 5- 15 min away you couldn’t be in a more perfect location. Lisa was available for questions and answered right away. Will stay here again and again!!!!

Excellent mountain getaway.

Immaculate inside and out. The interior is gorgeous and very comfortable. The Lotti's answered any questions by text almost immediately. Everything you need is provided. Just buy your food (condiments and spices already in the Lodge) and drink. The grocery store is 5 minutes from the Lodge. The owners are so gracious. George and Lisa, thank you for a wonderful vacation experience!

We stayed at three beers for a skiing vacation and it was wonderful. The home was clean and ready for our stay and the owners are very accessible if you need anything. This house is in the perfect location for getting to many ski resorts. I highly recommend this vacation rental.

Everything we hoped for and more

Our big family absolutely loved our stay at 3 Bears Lodge. We all instantly felt at home upon our arrival. The home was just as described and the owners do a great job of providing you with all of the details. The golf course right out the backyard was covered in snow which made the perfect setting for sledding! We had lots of fun and made wonderful memories. Thank you and we will definitely be back!

This is the one!

You don't need to look any further, 3 Bears is where you want to be. Great layout: The house offers a great combination of natural gathering areas, as well as private areas if you need to focus on work or take a private call. There is also an expansive and well-stocked kitchen, including every cooking utensil you can imagine. All of this is in a beautiful location. Finally, Elisa was fantastic to work with. Very responsive and truly values her client relationships.

3 BEARS LODGE

Our family had an awsome stay at 3 Bears Lodge! The home was clean on arrival and so comfortable and spacious! The home has 2 areas where you can enjoy the backyard overlooking the golf course or the front deck overlooking the trees. It is also close to sand harbor, crystal bay , kings beach etc! If you get a chance hime to Monkey rock which is close by! One note: the sliding glass doors were difficult to open. They could probably use some WD-40 for a smoother sliding. Other than that, we cant wait to be back next year! Thank you so much!

Perfect for a family getaway

After having to cancel our trip to Hawaii we booked 3 Bears for a quick getaway and it could not have been better. The home is huge with lots of sleeping options, but the open floor plan keep everyone together for a good time. Will definitely recommend 3 Bears to anyone that asks and hopefully be back soon!

3 Bears Lodge is Fantastic!

The house is spacious, clean and it is in a great location. The owners are very friendly and super easy to work with. The house is stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen and throughout the house. If you have a boat, the driveway is flat and the court is an easy turn around. We will be returning as soon as we can.

Perfect for Extended Family Vacation

This beautiful property was absolutely perfect for our 3 generation family stay. Every comfort of home, in a breathtaking golf course setting, minutes to the beaches on the Lake. Owners were available 24/7 and accommodated every request. So great to work with. Will definitely be back!!

Great Hospitality

The property was extremely nice and provided a perfect getaway for our family. The owners could not have been nicer and provided everything we could have needed. Great place to stay

It was just what we were looking for and what we expected from the listing. Great for two families (4 adults, 5 kids). Very attentive and responsive owner, and the house had everything we needed. Kids got to sled right outside the back sliding door in a private area. We’ll stay here again!

Cozy, welcoming home away!

We were so pleased with our stay at 3 Bears Lodge. The arrangements were straightforward, and the home was spacious and cozy at the same time. Everything was in great shape, and it was an excellent layout for 2 families with a mix of adults and kids to vacation together. We hope to find another opportunity to enjoy this home.

Perfect house and location

This property was perfect for our two family vacation. Great house and plenty of space. Everything was in good condition and the house was even decorated for the holidays! The property manager was very responsive to our needs before and during our trip. We will definitely stay here again!

Welcome to 3 Bears Lodge, which we were beyond fortunate to purchase in the summer of 2019! Our names are George and Elisa Lotti. We reside full time in San Jose, CA but have (also) been "Incliners" since 2011. In our everyday lives, we are a CFO (George) and a middle school teacher (Elisa). We also run a non-profit animal rescue organization. We enjoy sports, wine, traveling, our fur children, and spending time with our amazing group of friends, both in the Bay Area and Incline Village. We personally think that Tahoe is heaven on earth. We hope you do, too, after spending time at 3 Bears Lodge!

When we walked into 3 Bears Lodge for the first time, it just felt like "home." It was warm, inviting, set up beautifully for entertaining, and located in such a peaceful setting (a culdesac on the Mountain Golf Course). We absolutely love the open floor plan, the gorgeous furnishings and the fact that there are master suites on both the main and upper floors. It's a perfect place for family and life-long friend gatherings!!
