We could not have asked for a better place to stay to enjoy all Tahoe has to offer! The view was absolutely breathtaking and the house had everything we needed to make ourselves feel at home.

Great view! Great space for large group. We had 8 family members which included 3 grandchildren.Probably not a great place for those who have mobility issues since the main living is a flight of stairs. 1 full bath on bedroom level was a challenge for 5 adults but we made it work.

Ho Rhonda, I completely understand, and yes its a multi-level property...three levels in all. Fortunately, three bedrooms on the ground floor, and a rec room that can be double as a dining area if needed....that's what we did when my 95 yr old Mom came to visit. But before that when she was 90 we got her into the guest house so she could be mobile with her walker on one level with the Living rm and Kitchen, and even use the Hot tub & Deck. So its all about adaptability. Thanks Again Steve.

Six adults had a wonderful stay in Steve’s property on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Everything was so comfortable and clean, and the hot tub was an added bonus as you look out over a gorgeous view of the lake. There was plenty of space to spread out and the location is so close to recreation and dining. We would love to come back!

Host was welcoming and responsive throughout the process. The house is absolutely beautiful, clean and well maintained. Loved the view, hot tub and quiet/relaxing neighborhood!! The location is conveniently near King’s Beach and Tahoe City as well as Palisades and Northstar. Would absolutely stay again!! Be aware, the garage is not included in the rental so you’re parking outside.

Great location and awesome views

This was a perfect venue for our family get-together. Great location- Kings Beach is close by as well as grocery stores and the pictures don't do justing to the amazing view of the lake from the deck.

Tahoe family get together

Perfect place for our family get together. Close to Lake, dog run and ski resorts. 3 generations get together and something for everyone!

Great Location

The cabin was great for our group of 6 (3 couples). Very close to the regional park for disc golf, near a few great restaurants and beaches. Great view!

Excellent experience all the way around - everything exceeded our expectations! The view and hot tub are what set this property apart. Sunrise from the deck is spectacular. Steve, the host, is very responsive and easy to work with. We would stay at this property again.

Location, location

We loved our stay in Tahoe Vista. House was great and the views of the lake were outstanding. It was wonderful being able to sit in the hot tub or on the deck looking at the scenery. A great trip.

Great location with access to beautiful park

We enjoyed our time here - it's a chill spot with a beautiful view and great access to a wonderful regional park that we visited everyday of our visit. Walking distance to the lake. Host was very responsive and helpful!

Wonderful house for family winter holiday

Two families (8 people) stayed and we had a great time. The location is walking distance to sledding and an east drive to skiing, groceries and everything you need. We also had ample space to spread out, the kitchen was well stocked (aside from plastic storage containers so we bought some) and the hottub and views are amazing.

This is a stunning home, beautiful views, very clean, plenty of towels and everything else we needed! The kitchen has great appliances, the hot tub was ready for us upon arrival, overlooking the lake. Steve is a wonderful host, and recommended a great park for us to go to. He checked in a couple of times to make sure we didn’t need anything, and was overall very friendly, flexible, and an excellent communicator. We will definitely be back!!

Spacious and close to beach

Our party included 10 adults and one child. The space was perfect for a large group with plenty of dining space. We cooked all of our meals in the house. The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot. We would stay here again.

Amazing view! Wonderful stay!

Check in was very easy. Steve was great, and was able to let us check in a little early to watch the Niner game! The hot tub was hot and wonderful after a day swimming in the cold lake! Beds were SO comfy. The place had all the amenities but who even cares with that VIEW! cocktails in the hot tub overlooking at the lake and stars….perfection.
