Spring Break Destination

Our two kids and their families from New York stayed here during their 2025 spring break. Great location. Plenty of room for five adults and five children under twelve years of age. House, yard and pool were clean and very well appointed. Our only complaint was the tv was inoperable. No instructions. We look forward to returning.

The owner and manager are very responsive, beautiful back yard and pool, close to Old Town and 101 so easy access to everything.

Updated Treasure

This house was very clean and updated. Close to restaurants and shops it was perfect for a family girls weekend. Because of the beautiful weather we enjoyed the outdoor pool area which was furnished with enough lounge chairs for all of us.

Amazing Experience, A Must-Stay

My friends and I stayed for 3 nights at Jay’s property in Scottsdale for my bachelor party in May and it did not disappoint! The property was modern and nicely renovated, and existed in an ideal location 10 mins from Old Town Scottsdale and Talking Stick Casino. The backyard was probably my favorite part, as the pool, pool basketball, and screened-in room with ceiling fan were fun hangout spots. The master bedroom and bathroom were super nice, especially with the sliding door opening up to the pool. Taking into account the renovations, amenities, and location, this property felt like a huge steal for the price. My only criticism was that the check-in information was conveyed very late, up until a few hours before we checked in on the day of check-in. I’m not sure if that is customary, but I had to contact the host about this to get the information at the last second. Otherwise, he was very friendly and great at communicating. A great experience, would stay again!

Great Celebration Spot

Had friends in town for a birthday celebration and this was a great stay and location for us! Fun pool and everything was clean and in working order. Would highly recommend.

Lovely House but a few issues

The house was beautiful but the pool was not clean when we arrived and we struggled to get hot water and consistent WIFI. Maintenance was contacted and pool was cleaned promptly but hot water continued to be an issue. Only one person could shower and then we had to wait a bit. With taps on full hot you would only get warm water. Sinks would get no hot water, including Kitchen sink. Some kitchen supplies need replacing, we bought a frying pan at the dollar store as the one supplied was not in good shape.

Arizona trip

I have never been to Arizona before, I don’t know much about the area and such. However, I thought the view of the mountains were breath taking. The backyard was perfect, the view and the set up. We were located within 10 minutes to the heart of Scottsdales where restaurants, activities, bars/ clubs were. The house felt clean. Laundry was available and both bath and pool towels. I would consider returning to this house if I make my way back to the area!

Great location for girls getaway

The property was beautiful and the property manager was very responsive with our inquiries! The neighborhood was quiet and perfect for our adult ladies getaway. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Stacey and I live in Denver CO and have visited and vacationed to Scottsdale often. We instantly fell in love with Old Town, and visit often for golf trips, and to soak up the sun. Stacey enjoys hiking Camelback or biking the many nearby trails. As Colorado Rockies baseball fans, this home is less than 3 mi to the Salt River Fields, home of the Rockies Spring Training, at Talking Stick resort and Casino. We can also catch other teams during Spring Training with the Cubs only 5mi away and the Giants less than 2mi away.

Scottsdale has so much to offer from Old Town, Fashion Square, Barrett-Jackson, MLB Spring Training, PGA Tour Waste Management, so much golf, hiking Camelback, dinner at the Biltmore, kayak the Salt River, Desert Botanical Garden, ASU Gammage, it’s easy to be inspired by the region’s natural beauty, diverse culture and perpetual sunshine. We LOVE it!
