Gunnar is an exceptional host! This is my 2nd time renting this property, and it feels like my home away from home! The property is exactly as pictured; fun, clean and cozy! Gunnar is extremely communicative and kind, and ensures your stay is comfortable from check in to check out. This will be my forever stay when I come to the AZ area!

Loved our stay here! Everything from the beds to the pool was great. The showers are big with rainfall heads. The master bed was so comfy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, wine fridge too. The yard and pool was fantastic. Gunnar was very easy to communicate with. We had nothing negative to say about our stay and I can be quite picky.

An amazing place for my bachelorette. Plenty of space, a great pool, and a responsive and helpful host. Bonus points for its aesthetic! The location to the Scottsdale nightlife was very convenient, too.

We had a great time staying here

The experience here was great! It was clean and the aesthetics of the property fit our vibe perfectly. The location was close to old town Scottsdale where we spent a lot of time. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Bachelorette Trip

We loved staying here. It was the perfect house for our bachelorette trip. The bedrooms were all comfortable and chilly after a hot day out. The house and the pool were clean. I really recommend this house for your stay in Scottsdale!

Girls weekend!

Perfect house, central to everything! 10 min Uber to everywhere we went! Great hosts and very responsive! They even sent a list of things to do or try which was very appreciated. Everyone loved the house and would definitely stay there again!

This property is exactly as listed! The host Gunnar made me feel so welcome! Everything was updated, clean, & comfortable! Anything I needed fixed or looked at was resolved quickly and without hassle! I can’t picture myself staying anywhere else when I travel to AZ now!

Great Scottsdale Getaway!

This house was newly renovated and everything is very clean. We were there in early December, and the home was nicely decorated for Christmas which was a nice touch. A minor problem with the request for the pool to be heated, but the owner was responsive and the issue was resolved quickly. The pool time was awesome with the kids! Great location in a quite neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area!

Unparalleled VRBO!

Seriously! From immediate responses prior to booking, to leaving lights on and heating the pool for our late-night arrival, and checking in with us during our visit, the hosts were amazing! But that's not even the best part! THE HOUSE!!! It was the perfect place for our family of four to reconnect and to host a pool party. There were so many choices of where to be and things to do! The hosts thought of everything (the decorating was awesome) and made the stay incredibly comfortable with plenty of linens (including pool towels), condiments, spices, and all the kitchen necessities you need. And for an added bonus, don't miss the incredible fish tank in the laundry room! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for such a wonderful visit!

Clean place but hot!!

This place was the perfect location and layout for our bachelorette party. However, the air conditioning was broken. The owner offered to bring an AC unit after telling me the heat was too much for the air conditioner to handle. However, when the property manager dropped off some fans, she advised our group that she and the owner had been aware that the air conditioning didn’t work. The house reached 77 degrees at one point. One of the bathrooms shower did not drain and all of us were standing in ankle deep water while showering.

We’re sorry to hear your group had troubles with the AC! The AC was not broken, when it’s 118 degrees outside and you have the doors open while you go in an out of the backyard all day, it’s hard to keep the temperature below 75 during the peak of the day. Our cleaners are very thorough and get all the hair out of drains before each stay, but with a group of 12 girls I can expect the hair catcher to fill up over a 4 day stay.
