Pool House Scottsdale by Wolf Retreats is designed for families and groups who want more than just a place to sleep. With a private pool, multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a dedicated Media Room, flexible sleeping options, and a large grassy backyard, there are plenty of ways to spend time together—or spread out and do your own thing.

Best of all, you’re close to the energy of Old Town Scottsdale while staying on a quiet residential street with your own private home and backyard to come home to.

THE POOL HOUSE EXPERIENCE

The backyard is at the heart of this home. Spend the afternoon floating in the pool, stretch out on a lounge chair, play pool basketball, fire up the BBQ, or gather outside for dinner.

The private, block-walled backyard features:

• Private swimming pool with shallow and diving deep ends
• Optional pool heating available for an additional fee
• Large grassy lawn
• Pool toys, floats and pool basketball
• Poolside loungers and Adirondack chairs
• Covered back patio
• Outdoor dining
• Separate outdoor lounge area
• BBQ

There’s also a front patio with Adirondack chairs for another place to relax and enjoy the neighborhood.

ROOM TO GATHER — AND SPREAD OUT

Inside, you'll find approximately 2,200 square feet of comfortable living space with two separate living areas.

One is the dedicated Media Room, featuring a 55-inch 4K Smart TV, Xbox One Digital, and dual-reclining media couch—perfect for movie nights, gaming, sports, or giving different generations their own place to relax.

Guests can sign in to their own Xbox account to access compatible digital games and entertainment.

The second living area also features a 55-inch Smart TV and comfortable seating for relaxing together.

FLEXIBLE SLEEPING FOR FAMILIES & GROUPS

The home has 3 traditional bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Queen bed

For additional sleeping flexibility:

• Queen air mattress
• Twin rollaway bed
• Twin fold-out sleeper ottoman
• Couch sleeping option
• Pack ’n Play for infants and toddlers

The finished utility room is approximately bedroom-sized and includes a door, windows, cabinetry, desk, and hooks. It can be used with a portable bed to create an additional private sleeping area.

The Media Room can also accommodate additional sleeping, with a privacy screen available for separation.

Depending on your group’s configuration, up to 5 private sleeping areas can be created. Please note that the home has 3 traditional bedrooms; the additional spaces are flexible sleeping areas, not additional bedrooms.

COOK, EAT & STAY AWHILE

The fully equipped kitchen makes meals at home easy, with Calphalon cookware, gas stove and oven, full-size refrigerator/freezer with filtered water and ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, electric wine opener, spices, condiments, paper goods, and everyday kitchen essentials.

Coffee lovers have both a Keurig single-serve and traditional drip coffee maker, along with a starter supply of K-Cups.

Plenty of dishes, glassware, silverware, and serving utensils are provided for larger groups.

Your group also has three dining spaces:

• Indoor dining room
• Kitchen breakfast island
• Outdoor dining area

WORK + CONNECTIVITY

Two dedicated desk workspaces and fast 1 Gig fiber Wi-Fi make it easy to work or stay connected.

Three Smart TVs are located in the Media Room, living room, and primary bedroom. Hulu + Live TV and Netflix are provided.

The home also includes a full-size high-capacity washer and dryer, fresh linens and towels, separate pool towels, toiletries, hair dryers, and everyday household essentials.

PLAY INSIDE & OUT

Beyond the pool, guests can enjoy Xbox One Digital, board and card games, dice games, outdoor cornhole, pool basketball, and pool toys and floats.

BRING THE DOGS

Dogs are welcome with prior approval and must be house-trained. Up to 3 dogs are permitted, with a $125 pet fee per stay, not per dog. Breed and age approval is required.

A doggy door provides convenient access to the private, block-walled grassy backyard.

Guests must pick up after their dogs. A $25 cleanup fee applies if pet waste is left behind. Cats and other animals are not permitted without prior approval.

A QUIET STREET CLOSE TO THE ACTION

The home sits on a quiet residential street approximately 1 mile from Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale Fashion Square, putting restaurants, galleries, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment close to home.

Uber and other rideshare services make it easy to get around without always needing a rental car. Convenient access to the 101 also makes exploring Scottsdale and the Valley easy, and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is readily accessible.

SPRING TRAINING

Baseball fans have an especially convenient home base. San Francisco Giants’ Scottsdale Stadium is within walking distance, with the Rockies, Diamondbacks, and Athletics Spring Training complexes also nearby.

GOLF

Scottsdale is one of the country’s premier golf destinations. Continental Golf Club is approximately 1 mile away, with numerous public, resort, and championship courses within easy driving distance. TPC Scottsdale, home of the WM Phoenix Open, is also easily accessible.

OUTDOOR RECREATION

Chaparral Lake and Park and the Scottsdale Greenbelt are nearby for walking, jogging, biking, picnics, and outdoor recreation.

Kayaking and canoeing are available at Chaparral Lake. Lake access is free; equipment is not provided.

The Scottsdale Greenbelt is just a couple of blocks from the home, and public rental bikes and e-scooters are available around Scottsdale.

PICKLEBALL, TENNIS & MORE

Pickleball options include indoor courts at The Picklr at The Pavilions at Talking Stick and public outdoor courts throughout Scottsdale.

Tennis players will also find public and private courts nearby, including lighted public courts at Indian School Park Tennis Center. Equipment is not provided.

TALKING STICK & FAMILY ATTRACTIONS

The nearby Talking Stick area offers even more dining, entertainment, and recreation, including Talking Stick Resort, Topgolf, The Pavilions at Talking Stick, OdySea Aquarium, Butterfly Wonderland, and other Arizona Boardwalk attractions.

OPTIONAL POOL HEATING

Pool heating is available for $25–$65 per day depending on requested temperature, season, and outdoor temperatures. A 2-day minimum applies, and at least 24 hours’ notice is required.

GOOD TO KNOW

This is a private home and is not shared with other guests.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Outside visitors require prior written approval. Parties, events, and unapproved gatherings are not permitted.

Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Please respect our residential neighborhood and keep outdoor voices and music at reasonable levels.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

There is no lifeguard on duty. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised around the pool at all times.
