At Bluegreen Club 36, it’s all about latitude and attitude. This desert oasis is located at latitude 36 degrees north (hence its name) and just a few blocks off the magnificent Vegas Strip near the MGM Grand®, Mandalay Bay, New York New York, Luxor and Excalibur. The resort’s design and décor were inspired by the age of Parisian Art Deco. From the outside in, fun and funky colors and style reflect a functional, lavish and ultra-modern spirit. Relax by the covered pool, or sunbathe on the outdoor deck.

An added bonus is the adjacent retail center filled with popular restaurants, stores and more for even greater convenience for you.

Plumbing upgrades with overnight water shutdowns to occur M, Tu, and W through 05/25/2023. Through 08/31/2023, the Sun Deck is closed, undergoing renovation . Please expect construction noise. Necessary major construction improvements and renovations is occuring to unit interiors and exteriors. Please expect accompanying noise.

Nice place

This property was clean and comfortable and as described. We had adjoining rooms for us and the kids. Great stay, just a mile and a half off the strip. Reasonably priced. Only disappointment was the Einstein Bros in the complex was closed, but that has nothing to do with the resort or property owners.

Not a fan of this place.

I checked in and then was sent to guest services where they wanted me to sign up for a 2 hour vacation rental presentation, in return you got a gift. I spent 20 minutes of my time telling them I was not interested. I’m sure it’s part of the Covid restrictions but they hardly had any accommodations at the resort. Uber pick up was super easy at the resort and the room was really clean.

Look no further, this is the place !

Number one - The manager was responsive, helpful and kind which is so important when renting from places with no front desk. This condo has a front desk lobby. The condo was freakin amazing. For those who like detail. Bathrooms come with lighted mirrors for applying make-up. Pool towels are provided. The kitchen has everything you need even a blender, toaster, pots, pans, etc… Master shower was on point with two shower heads. This unit was spacious. The place was ultra clean. Recycle bags are provided for eco friendly people. Parking was free and safe. If you happen to forget something no worries as there is an ABC store on site. A shuttle bus runs every half hour to Planet Hollywood and back. I simply can’t stress how wonderful our stay was. Thank you !!!!!!!

Nice clean place

Overall great stay. The only reason I went a 4 was because this is a timeshare property and owners are not in full control. Should of been those details in the listing. Owners were not helpful when it came to questions. Just yes/no answers.

Perfect getaway!!!

This place was perfect for our week long stay in Vegas! Conveniently located to everything we needed. The rooms were very clean and having the kitchen was an added bonus. There was a free shuttle ride to and from the strip that we took advantage of everyday. I would definitely recommend this place if you plan on staying in the Vegas area!
