Newly remodeled and furnished home, nestled in the historic district of the city. This home has everything you need for a quick trip or a longer visit. We look forward to having you visit and seeing what makes Idaho so special.

Excellent Stay

Clean & spacious. Kitchen very well equipped & had everything one could possibly need. Bed very comfy. Large, clean bathroom with plenty of fluffy towels. Would stay at again when in the area.

Super cozy & quiet

Perfect little house for an overnight or much longer. We loved the plush carpet, comfy beds & extra pillows. Very quiet at night. Would gladly return. If I stayed longer I’d walk to explore the cute ‘main street’ nearby.

Cute Cottage

This adorable cottage was perfect for our quick trip to Boise! Check in and Check out was smooth and efficient. Maria was top notch with communication which is top of my "must" list when considering returning to any VRBO property..The cottage itself was CLEAN and surely felt like a home away from home. Have already added this cottage to our list of VRBO favorites!

Great property

Lots of room. Wonderful bathroom, big & bathtub was non slip. Comfortable beds roomy closets, heaters in every room. Would rent again

Weekend Getaway

We enjoyed our stay here very much.. Convenient location.. we were in Kuna, Meridian, and Boise all locations were easy to get everywhere we needed to go.. Not far to grab breakfast and a coffee.. The inside is just as listed.. We will be staying here again as we now have two daughters living in Boise.. Thank you for an enjoyable weekend..

Girls Weekend

My sister and I decided to spend the weekend and Boise and we looking for a place to stay we came across Maria's property on VRBO and it looked perfect! We loved the place the moment we got there. It was convenient and easy to find. It was also not far from some friends which made it great. We loved that there was split A/C in the house because I like my room cold and my sister doesn't. The house was the perfect size for the two of us. The kitchen has Keurig and that was perfect for us. There were the basic in the kitchen and it worked out great. I would 100% stay here again.

Clean but very cold

Overall clean and a good property. Just a few things made it not such a good fit for my next stay, bit very good for the cost. The bathroom is miserably cold, the heater in the bathroom is not operable, perhaps fix that heater or supply space heater to help make that room warmer. The repairs under the sink have not been sealed and cold air can flow into the room. The bedroom needs a TV. The front room is so very cold that I found it warmer to hang out in the bedroom but no tv so I used my laptop. TV access is streaming mostly, some news channels. If you don't use your streaming device you have no access to tv. The house is basically a garage that has been fitted to a house. Insulation is nonexistent. The front room is so very cold and impersonal I found it very uncomfortable, as the furniture seems to be of Walmart quality and not very sturdy. The safety of the neighborhood was a concern, thankfully the neighbor has a dog which made me feel safer. After the first night I checked the windows because I was very uneasy the first night. Upon inspection I found three windows unlocked and the bedroom window seemed to have been tampered with on an earlier occasion. I like a more cozy place, especially in the winter.

Great area!

Came to Meridian to visit my son/family/new baby. We were pleasantly surprised that King Cottage was just around the corner from their apartment. The cottage living room/dining room was open and perfect for us to eat together and visit. Would stay again.

Immaculate, Modern and Close!

Excellent location to the main town with walking distance to restaurants. The place was immaculate and modern and the property manager Maria was very easy to communicate with! Also, the home was incredibly organized with labels on the drawers. Everything was in its place and there were plenty of extras. Very welcoming with snacks and a comprehensive check in and out process listed in the Guest Handbook. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting to visit the greater Boise area and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful spot

The house was perfect for our stay. It was nice and new and Maria has thought of all the perfect little extra touches like a Keurig and q-tips in the bathroom.

Perfect alternative to hotel....

Nothing but good things to say! The only caution would be if you have very elderly.... it's not a walk in shower.

Walking distance to downtown Meridian shops and restaurants. Roaring Springs Water Park is a few miles away. Freeway close to get to downtown Boise and the Boise Airport.
