Great spot!

Really great spot about 30 minutes north of the Kona airport! Place matches the photos to a T. Self check in was super easy. I did run into an issue where someone parked in my car space one night, but management quickly found me a new spot and made note I wouldn’t be towed. My only feedback is to leave basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper and olive oil. Other than that, this is a great spot to stay and I highly recommend!

Beautiful location within walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and groceries.

The location is fantastic. Some updates are needed. The ice maker doesn''t work. The tv and remotes work minimally. If you hit the guide on the remote, it disconnects from the cable. The view from the lanai is wonderful. Second floor location is just right. Location is peaceful and quietwith a great view of the golf course and Mauna Kea. Walking distance to the Queen and King restaurants and shopping courts is very convenient.

Great Properties with Beautiful pool area

Excellent condo with all the required amenities for my wife and I. We especially likes the pool area and the hot tub surrounded by the lava rock. The property was exactly like the photo's in the listing. We had excellent golf course views and enjoyed watching the golfers.

Lovely condo

We were so happy with the comfort and cleanliness of the unit. Michelle was so wonderful to work with - she's helpful, professional, and kind. The view is wonderful and the proximity to shops and grocery store are such perks. 2 min drive to a great beach with some shade.

Great View and Great Value

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean and quiet. Excellent view of the mountains, sunrise, and 3rd hole of the golf course. The sun can be a bit bright on the lanai in the morning, but as it rises, it is a great spot to read/relax in the afternoon and evenings. The unit has a strong WIFI system. It is walking distance to shopping and the beaches. Sunsets can be seen within a five-minute drive. The unit is roughly 20 minutes from Hapuna beach. Overall, it is a great unit and value for the investment.

Great stay on big island

Condo is spacious and bright with a nice lanai. Nice pool. Great central location on the west side of the island. Some upgrades to supplies are needed such as knifes (very blunt), cutlery, 2 of the 3 boogie boards were broken etc. for the price I would expect these items to be better.

Mahalo for having been our guest and for taking the time to share with us your recent stay. Please give us a call next time as we could have replaced those items for you. We do not provide beach gear though, so we would not have replaced those but they should have been thrown away.

Quiet property and location

Easy to navigate. Close to stores. Away from crowded towns like Kona. Beach was close and not over crowded. Pool was nice and relaxing.

Enjoyable stay

My two sisters and I recently stayed at the property and enjoyed it. Location was excellent, booking and arrival easy, communication was quick. There were a few minor issues with cleaning. We contacted the property management team and were assured these would be taken care of (I said after we left was fine).

Great Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this property. It was in a safe and convenient upscale neighborhood. We had everything we needed. The condo was very clean. Management staff were very helpful. I am so glad I made the right choice. I highly recommend this property.

Great vacation spot!

Our beautiful Fairway Villa in Waikoloa Resort had golf course views, access to an infinity pool, and was a short walk to the Kings’ and Queens’ shopping centers and the beach near the Marriott. The condo was spotless and the perfect size for a family of four. It had all the amenities one would need on vacation and was very quiet. The furniture and decor was a bit outdated and the carpet could be replaced. Overall, we were very satisfied with condo B21 and would highly recommend to others.

This property met and exceeded our expectations! Great location. Clean. Kitchen well-stocked with plates, utensils, etc. Very nice master bath. Lovely community pool and well-equipped gym. So nice to relax on the lanai, watching the golfers. We hope to return!

Great location

This condo was a great place for our family during our visit to the big island. It was clean, centrally located and having the twin beds in the guest room was great for our teens. Thank you for everything!

Home away from home

This property was a very conveniently located condo that my family and I were happy at during our stay. It seems mostly retired residents and travelers who rent. Unfortunately due to Covid there are no seats around the pool area to lounge on, so keep that in mind if you are considering purchasing beach chairs. Would have also preferred to have proper blankets on the beds instead of the sheets and duvet covers, but overall the place was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Great condo, great location.

The condo was the perfect size for two adults....or two additional small children. Nicely appointed and comfortable...and located on the first hole of the Waikoloa Beach Course! Enjoyed watching the golfers! You can walk everywhere in Waikoloa. Nice condo..,we will return.

The big island is beautiful. Our condo felt like it was ours. Clean, cool and on hole #1.
