The home was as described and bedrooms worked perfectly for our family of 12 counting grandkids and original kids. Kitchen was super well equipped! Two very nice patios and saw deer and turkeys a couple of nights. Electronic game and other entertainment worked good for the kids while adults were upstairs. Well located to both Deer Valley and Park City.

Tabitha was extremely responsive and the place was simply phenomenal. Both adults and children had the best time, plenty of space, quick shuttle to the mountain and back, and the outdoor living made us never want to leave. Cannot say enough good things about it.

The house was meticulously clean and very spacious for our group of 15. We loved the wet bar downstairs, the two patios and fire pits, hot tub, and large open kitchen living room. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Getaway

Such a perfect home for a family holiday get together. Great layout, comfortable beds with nice sheets and bedding. Very well equipped and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Great property for 5 star amenities & esp for people who love to cook

Loved how the home was equipped in the kitchen & bedrooms. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great Location

Amazing stay! 2 families with kids enjoyed the spa, outdoor space and game room. We loved the evenings with the fire pit on, watching 6 turkey's fly into the trees to sleep for the night.

Wonderful Stay!

Our extended family and friends loved this house. We had three generations, and everyone had a great time. The outside space was perfect for afternoon drinks, and the kids loved the downstairs den and bunks.

This was a great property for our family of 11 during our stay in Park City, Utah in early August 2025. The check in process was easy and the kitchen facilities were outstanding. The beds were comfortable as were the living areas. If we had any minor issues or questions regarding the home or property, the hosts were always very responsive.

Great Place for Groups and Families

This home was immaculate, had everything you could want (appliances, outdoor living room, hot tip, etc) and was close to Main Street and the ski slopes. The hosts were very responsive and available. We had an amazing time and couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this home for those in large groups or families (very family friendly!).

Beautiful and Comfortable Home

This is our second time staying in this home. It is a beautiful space, beds are comfortable and amenities are great. Location is quiet and so close to Deer Valley Mountain. The kids love the game room downstairs! Great hosts, incredibly accommodating and responsive.

Ski trip

The best place to stay. Backyard is fantastic. Hot tub heating seating area. Great place to watch a Christmas movie. Host was amazing.

Fabulous House

Ten of us went for my dad’s 80th birthday and it could not have been a more perfect house!!! The hosts were very attentive and available if needed. They had so much space to relax, a great stocked kitchen and plenty for the kids to do! Highly recommend this place and would stay there again for sure!

Fantastic home base in Park City

I and my colleagues rented this home when we came to Park City for Sundance. The description and the photos did not do it justice - it is a beautiful home, and very comfortable for a group of adults staying together. It was a wonderful home base in Park City!

Amazing

We had a lovely stay - 10/10. House is very well equipped with baby gear, cooking supplies (even has an instant pot!) and basics like coffee, spices, etc. Tabitha was wonderful and extremely understanding and kind when my kiddo broke something in the house. They were wonderful and we would love to stay again’
