Walk into the "SnowFUN Wine Chalet" and find an open award winning Modern Architectural Marvel (2022 Remodel) featured in Dwell Magazine and STAYCATION! for it’s unique & extremely open living, dining, and gourmet kitchen platform, which includes a stunning 600 bottle wine room (special wine service upon request) and huge open Chef’s Kitchen (Stainless Wolf Gas/Subzero), which is open to dining and living. Mixing warmth with modern, the custom corrugated ceilings blend with modern custom-built architecture, furniture, lighting, custom fire tube feature, sculptures and wall art to create a cozy/warm yet alive feeling throughout the property. Dining space comes with an already large (expandable) table, 8 chairs comfortably non-expanded and another 6 stools at the giant curved kitchen counter for fun family breakfast time or exquisite food & wine entertainment. Radiant Heated Floors throughout, a truly unique experience.

Although parking is provided, this property requires no vehicle. 30 Yards from your front door are the City Stairs to famous Main St. (4 minute walk), but your home is still ‘out of the noise’ from Main St. SKI IN to “TOWN LIFT” trail by walking 120 yards to the left, ski home using “Quit’n Time” ski run. All of this with a massive ski-prep Mud Room to keep the family ski gear organized before and after a great day on the slopes. Don’t forget the modern jacuzzi on the private deck, just outside the entertainment living level along with BBQ with great outdoor seating. Did we mention the game room with shuffle board, table video game (80 games), oversized jenga and other games. Crib and high-chair? One of each on site!

All bedrooms are large and unique to themselves in style, art, and theme, all with flat screen Internet TV’s, highest-end mattress and comfortable high count cotton bedding and ample closet space in each room.
• Master Bedroom - King bed with built in drawers and even a desk with high ceilings. Large closet and unique in-suite master bath with steam shower, bath tub and separate toilette room.
• 2nd Bedroom – Queen bed modern industrial style with custom floating metal bed board and ‘banksy art’ with long mirrored wall. In-suite bath and shower in suite with full closet and built ins.
• 3rd Bedroom – Queen RH forward facing queen bed with cross bunk twin above (see photo) classy enough for a couple, but can fit an extra child or adult. Full built-in drawers and closet with shower bath just outside bedroom door.
• 4th Bedroom – Queen bed with full closet and shower bathroom right outside door.
• Game Room – Large Queen Fold Out Futon/Couch

-Parking for 2 Vehicles: Room for one medium sized vehicle in the garage (all things walkable) and one super large vehicle on heated driveway.
-In unit large Washer and Dryer
-Massive (Ski-Prep) Mud Room with 10 cubbies, 4 bins, 8 cabinet shelves, and 20 Feet of Bench for the whole family to get ready or unwind at the end of the day.

-Amazing mountain bike and hike trails surround the property

Addition Considerations for Tenant:

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire/smoke or property damage costs.

PETS - We love pets, but they must be quiet and cared for. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Pet non-refundable deposit for additional allergy/hair clean process for property is $275. Damage from door/window scratches, furniture chewing, and furniture snow/mud soiling are not covered in clean fee. All property areas including patio and front street must be clean of feces. "No barking" is heavily enforced due to neighbor's right to quiet enjoyment.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9:30pm-8am) are strictly enforced. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation from City. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

As a reminder, I work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, but I cannot always enforce this. We strongly advise guests to deny any vendor access if you are concerned with Covid related risk.

IDs will be requested for verification post booking. All bookings over 30 days may require an additional security deposit.

I report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud to the end.
