Close to the Beach - Book 2025 now! Limited availability

Our CLEAN & BEAUTIFUL Condo is in a PRIME location and ONLY 50 STEPS to the Beach!!! A wonderful unit for FAMILIES to vacation every year! NO streets to cross and NO beach tags required. Upgrades each year and amenities provided throughout our condo to all of our guests which you will not see in many other units.

We are happy to provide our guests with complimentary products: paper towels, tissues, trash bags, air fresheners, liquid soaps, napkins, starter set of toiletries, salt/ pepper, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and so much more that other condo's do not offer. PLUS we provide 4 -6 New Beach chairs with 1-2 Beach Umbrellas for our guests!

*** We also offer a Linen Service which means ALL BEDS ARE MADE PRIOR to your arrival! Owners also provide Bath & hand towels, wash clothes and dish towels for each guest which is another plus and less to pack.***

You will find Unit 202 of the Dellwood on 71st street. It is very convenient and is in WALKING distance to several midtown shops and GREAT restaurants. It also is just a short ride to the exciting boardwalk with miniature golf, amusements and so many more activities. Ocean City, MD also boasts Springfest, Sunfest, Winefest, Oktoberfest, Car Shows, Bike Week, Boat Show, Craft Shows, Concerts and Movies on the Beach and some of the best Golf courses around. Take advantage of the bus transportation which OC, MD offers for only $3 all day long. (Google search - MD Calendar of Events)

During the Summer Season we prefer FULL WEEKS in (JUNE- AUGUST) although we are flexible and will try to accommodate requests.
June - August:

10 am Check OUT. (Email the owner to confirm other dates and time if needed)
***4 hour minimum between rentals but can also be up to 8 hrs. or 1-2 days

Off Season Rentals, please email the owner to confirm any dates.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT - 6 ADULTS in beds plus we provide a Pack n Play and a NEW umbrella stroller for an infant.
(We do NOT have a pull out couch.). Sorry NO Pets Permitted per the CONDO RULES.

Friend Vacation

Sharon's communication was great through the entire process. The space was as described and very clean upon arrival. Super close to the beach and right on a public access path. It's a little North of the boardwalk/bar area but if you don't mind taking an uber it's not a problem at all. There are also plenty of options around the area as well. Would definitely recommend booking here/through Sharon!

Peaceful vacation spot with everything you need!

This was a wonderful spot! The location is fantastic—perfect for families who want to escape the OC crowds while still being close to restaurants and shops. The property was clean, comfortable, and had EVERYTHING we needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommend for those looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to local attractions! The host was super helpful and easy to communicate with!

A Real Treat

The location was perfect. All the little details were planned for. We flew in from out of town and had the toiletries and kitchen items and beach items needed. It accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. The apartment was really comfortable. & lovely.

Perfect Beach Getaway

Perfect spot to enjoy the beach and restaurants! Literally steps from the sand, the host provided beach chairs and umbrellas and more! The house was stocked with all the little things one would need for their stay. Very clean and super cute! The host was very easy to communicate with. We had a really nice time in OC and will definitely be looking to stay at this place again!

Beach vacay

This location is perfect! We were able to walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes with 2 kids. The bedrooms were excellent. Kitchen commodities were great. Would definitely stay again. Travel to multiple restaurants was easy. Just a short easy drive to the boardwalk.

Perfect Memorial Day Weekend Getaway

My brother, myself, and our significant others wanted to get away for a few days for Memorial Day and we are so grateful we found Sharon’s place! It was an incredibly clean and well kept condo, super cute decorations and amenities and in such a perfect location! Sharon was so attentive and checked in every day. The check in and check out processes were simple and easy to follow. The condo was in walking distance to some great shops and restaurants and genuinely only 50 steps from the beach! Having access to beach chairs, umbrellas, and other items was a great added bonus as well. If we could give this place and Sharon 6 stars we would, we were shocked a place this good was still available for rent for Memorial Day weekend since we only booked a few weeks ago. If we ever come back to OC I will definitely try to stay here again and would recommend this to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing, and easy stay on the beach!

Relaxing weekend in OC

We really loved our stay. The condo was perfect for our group of 6. We had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the front porch, watching the ocean while drinking coffee was lovely. Super short walk to beach. We would definitely reserve this house again. Also Sharon was very kind and helpful.

Beach visit

We had a wonderful stay at the Dellwood. Great communication with hosts. Had an amazing time on the beach and were able to enjoy some local attractions as well! Met the downstairs neighbor who gave us some recommendations for places to eat, visit and even coupons! The only downfall was that internet service was poor. Wifi was not working and we only had 4g service in many areas we visited - which is good unless you are lost or trying to find something to do. We did contact Sharon and Paul who set us up with the internet providers - but ultimately it was not repaired for our visit. Overall, a great stay with tons of amenities available to us throughout our stay!

Perfect getaway seconds away from the beach!

This home was perfect for our family’s first beach vacation. The house is in a great location-super close to the beach and walkable to lots of restaurants, shopping, ice cream and mini golf. The house is also very well appointed and has everything we needed and more. Parking was a little tricky but we made it work. Overall it was a great stay!

Sunrise Sunsets

Condo was great for a perfect beach vacation. Just walk down steps and 50 steps your on the beach. Take a walk to shops, restaurants, ice cream, mini golf. 3 blocks and across street youll see the most beautiful of sunsets at Sunset Island. We went to Assateague Island ! Amazing horses ponys come right up to the car. My only regret is that i didnt stay longer! Well be back next year. The owner Sharon was so pleasant and helpful and accomadating to all our needs. The condo had everything for a nice vacation. Parking can be difficult but not impossible there. We managed 2 cars parking . Most days not even the drivewsy.

Location location location..

Our family stayed here over the 4th of July and so happy we did. The location is perfect - a short walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and market. The house to us was quiet, which we wanted, and the neighbors were friendly, not rowdy or disruptive. The chip-shot distance to the beach was very convenient and you can even see the water from the front deck seating. The street is not competing with high rise condos or hotels, making the beach not overly crowded. The house is updated and well taken care of. We were happy from check-in to check-out and our only complaint is that we couldn’t stay longer :) We hope to be back again soon! Thanks!

Memorial weekend getaway

This unit is perfectly located steps to the beach, far enough north from the hustle and bustle but close to plenty of restaurants and activities for the kids. This property is very cozy, extremely clean and has convenient amenities. Everything you need from beach chairs, umbrellas even some beach toys is on site for your use. The owner is very responsive, helpful and extremely nice !

Best beach place ever

We've been going to the Dellwood for over 35 years through 3 owners. Sharon Kolbilka is the best "landlord" ever. The place has been renovated and decorated so it's like staying in a high class hotel. She's easy to deal with and we hope to keep coming back for another 35 years.

Spacious and well-equipped in great beach location, gracious, responsive host

There was plenty of space for six people to be comfortable. Kitchen and dining areas had all that was needed and more. Both bathrooms were adequate for our use. Care is given to make the property feel like home with the attention to decor and overall design.

2022 Family Vacation

We cannot say enough good about our vacation at this unit. Check in/out was super easy, communication with the owners was excellent, all the amenities that were listed were there and then some! Great Stay in Ocean City!

I’ve never used VRBO before but happy to say that my first experience was a wonderful one. The house is beautifully decorated, clean and located just a few steps away from the beach and a 10-minute drive to the Boardwalk. Also, so many good food choices in the area. Sharon was patient and helpful with all my questions. She provided everything we could need so didn’t feel stressed about packing a ton of stuff. We’re looking forward to staying here next summer!

Never disappoints!

Another year, another lovely stay at this little hidden gem. The convenience with two small children is insurmountable! We packed so light as everything has literally been thought of for us! The close proximity to restaurants, attractions, urgent care, and THE BEACH cannot be trumped! And it’s always clean, clean, clean! We cannot thank Sharon enough for her generous hospitality and allowing us to continue to make amazing memories with our family.
