Free wifi and cable TV. Convenient private outdoor shower. Watch the dolphins play and enjoy breath-taking ocean vistas from the large covered deck, living room, dining room and kitchen! Fully furnished large kitchen with breakfast bar. Water park with pool and slides 5 minutes away by car.

The view and location was absolutely perfect. It was clean, and David was very responsive. We had a girls weekend and it was nice to all get together from different states and catch up. The surrounding neighbors who live there are very nice too!

This Condo was in a perfect location. It was clean and well supplied. Beautiful balcony view of the beach and Ocean. I will rent this place again!

The best view in OC! We've stayed here several times with family and appreciate the large dining table, the spacious balcony and the well-stocked kitchen.

We loved our stay here. David was very responsive, and overall it was a great experience.Pros:Amazing view and you can't be any closer to the beach.Great parking for two vehicles.The house was pretty clean, although the shower curtain needs to be replaced.House was well equipped and previous tenants had left a few things like cleaning agents and trash bags. That was nice until we could get out to the store to replenish them.Cons:It's a third floor walk up, so keep that in mind if you have mobility problems.There is very little privacy on the back deck, so you have to hope you get along with your neighbors. Thankfully, the week we were there, the folks next door had their grandkids over and they were more than happy to play with our kids, so it worked out well.I've already booked the place for next year. Looking forward to staying again.

Perfect for a weekend getaway!

We enjoyed our stay! The unit has been well cared for and has the best view of the ocean-especially for sunrise and watching the dolphins swim by. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach-hopeTo be back!

This location was AMAZING! Loved the beach view and easy access to the beach. The apartment itself is nicely decorated, again with beach views from sitting room and dining room. Well-stocked kitchen. Shops / restaurants close-by. David was very responsive and helpful. We would gladly visit again

We enjoyed a brisk early spring weekend at this apartment! The perfect sunrises and morning runs along the beach were the highlights of our stay. The apartment had everything needed for a lovely and relaxing weekend away. The apartment is small and compact, but the location makes the tight space 100% worth every penny. Our family of 4 had plenty of room. We were glad to have remembered to bring sheets and towels along with us, as linens aren't provided. We did find it a bit "old school" to have cable TV after streaming shows at home for so long, and commercials were a drag on the chilly evenings that we spent inside - there was a DVD player, but we didn't think to come prepared with movies. The views of the water from the deck were unforgettable and the easy access to the beach is priceless! We loved watching the moon and stars over the water at night, and the sunrises are heavenly. I recommend this rental and hope to be back again!

Excellent Beach Condo

The property was found as described. Check in was easy. The host was responsive. You are close enough to everything for excursions yet far enough away from the boardwalk to enjoy your beach time.
