This modern lodge style home sits quietly in the back of a cul-de-sac and boasts 175' of fairway frontage on the beautiful Pinetop Lakes Golf and Country Club. During the summer months you can sit quietly outside on our beautiful deck and watch the golfers pass through or enjoy the view from inside the enclosed porch with massive view windows stretching end to end. Each oversized bedroom is beautifully and comfortably outfitted with a queen-sized bed along with spacious walk-in closets.

The kitchen is fully stocked, and we have about everything you'll need to plan your family dinners or holiday feasts.

The house is just minutes from all the best restaurants, grocery stores, and only 30 minutes from the famed Sunrise Park Resort! When the snow is flying, this is where you want to be.

Don't ski? No worries! While the family is on the hill, relax at the house in front of the 55" flat screen HD smart TV/DVD player. Play some Ping Pong, Foosball, Darts in the large game room. The entire backyard is fenced for your family pet.

Love the location of this property—right on the golf course. Especially nice to let the dog out in the fenced yard then walk the golf course…just steps from the back door. Well equipped cabin with comfortable primary bed. We had a great time.

We loved our stay here at Pinetop. The house was super clean, beds comfortable and loved watching the golfers go by. Nice safe neighborhood!We played darts and ping pong when the monsoon passed by in the afternoons. We could walk our dog on the cart path during specified hours. Met many other dog owners. Found a few great restaurants and everyone was so friendly. We will be back!

Beautiful Golf Course View and wonderful yard which made life super pet friendly. Additionally, Melissa and Dave were the most responsive hosts I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with...and very thoughtful about amenities including Kleenex (which sounds funny but is hard to find in a rental); colored BATH sized towels instead of those cheap white small towels; Q tips; plenty of supplies to do laundry or dishes, etc. They thought of every single detail. The home is lovely and exactly as advertised and in a great location. Annie's is now open for dinner and that was one of our favorite restaurants. We'll be back.

Very comfortable and spacious property. Sits right on the golf course. Great views and perfect cool summer temperatures. Property is very well appointed and has a great enclosed patio that the kids will love. Haven't played ping pong or foosball since the 70's. Forgot how much fun it was. The host is very accommodating. You will not be disappointed. Look forward to staying there again.

Perfect home for our family stay. Great hosts. Very spacious and well equipped. The game room is a very special bonus. The back yard patio is wonderful and the fenced back yard was perfect for our dogs. Location in the country club area and on the golf course couldn't be better. We'll be back!

We’ve stayed at several properties in the area and this one is our favorite! The location and the home are perfect! We would recommend this property to families or couples looking for a place to get away to. We will definitely be back!

Great location

Loved this property! Great location on the 17th green and great for small dog (yard is fenced in). Easy checking and the cabin/home is well appointed. This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed ther and loved it!

Loved our stay

Excellent Property, a must stay!

The location of this property is great, just off the highway but you would never know you where so close. Minutes from the restaurants and shops. The house itself is very spacious and well laid out. We will definitely plan another stay there!
