The land: an orchard, squares of flowers to cut, several islands of regional plants, 2 fields, 1 ha of vines and a very pure water source. The property is bordered by vineyards and is fully fenced.

The living area is around 350m2, the storerooms around 100m2.

In the west wing, a large living room of 100 m² comprising a fitted kitchen with cold room, dining room and lounge.
