Ideal for 5 adults + 2 little kids on a small sleeper sofa. Two bedrooms + two full bath. Nice vintage Kitchen, New Stove. Original wood floors in social areas and master bedroom.

Fenced yard. Natural surroundings. Nice quiet, friendly and safe neighborhood.

Near to natural springs and Manatee watch areas, Ocala Forest, great spot for Fishing, hiking trails, equestrian activities, Rocking Horse rides welcome! Black Horse and more. Near to the charming Mount Dora downtown & Antiques Markets. Just 39 miles to Orlando & Disney attractions and 43 miles to the beach 🏖 Original wood floor in master bedroom and Kitchen area. Perfect stay! Our daughter got married around the corner at the Palm Mansion so this was extremely convenient. The owner was very kind and gracious throughout our stay as well! Highly recommended!

LOVE this cottage. This is our third stay….because it is THAT GOOD. Well appointed and clean. Great space,location and atmosphere and pet friendly! Our pup loves the large fenced yard! Owner takes great care of this property and communicates well with tenants….so very helpful and so very nice!!!! Best VRBO we’ve stayed in.

A short walking distance to several places to eat- an awesome bagel shop for breakfast!Charming home to every detail and very clean!The host goes beyond expectations with preparations and communication. We would definitely stay here again

The host was nice and helpful. Unfortunately the neighbors have multiple barking dogs. Aggressive and barked until 11pm and started again at 6am. I don’t recommend if you want peace and quiet

Great stay for a family of 4 with two young kids. We used this home as our base to explore Day trips to Kelly Springs, Silver Springs, Juniper Springs, Blue Springs,Mt. Dora, and the WEC. The home is as advertised and has a great southern charm. The decorations inside are creative. The host was very attentive pre, during, and post stay. We loved the welcome package as well. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Would stay here again.

Maribel was a wonderful and super attentive host. She left a sweet welcome package for my stay. The house was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was adorable and quiet. It is a small place but good use of space for 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. It was a little cozy for 3 adults but perfect for a couple or a family!

The host was very welcoming. Had a priblem getting in the cottage when first arrived @ 2 00 am. Responded within10 min and got me in. The cottage is very charming very quiet & peaceful. I hope to stayvthere again.

My stay there for a few days was great. Family enjoyed it as well. Nice quiet neighborhood. Didn’t have a chance to hang out outside. The front steps are uneven but maybe that’s not a problem in Florida. The water pressure in showers wasn’t that great, but functional.

This home was absolutely perfect! Super cute and wonderfully decorated — it instantly felt like home. Everything was spotless, and the fenced-in property gave us both privacy and peace of mind. The location is right in the heart of Umatilla, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Communication with the host was a 10/10 — quick, friendly, and so accommodating. I can’t recommend this place enough and would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and full of charm. It was the perfect size for two people—cozy yet spacious enough to feel completely comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the towels and linens were soft and high quality. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Maribel was a gracious and thoughtful host, even leaving us a bottle of wine and a lovely note to welcome us. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay

Very quiet and the best owner! Helped us make sangria, took a lot of time finding the tv, and generally sweet lady. What a great stay!
