This 3 bedroom split floor plan with Den, has been 'professionally decorated' to enhance your Coastal Living experience! The screened pool with a large, covered patio area, provides perfect shade for morning or afternoon conversations and outside dining! Inside you'll find a well-lit kitchen with breakfast bar and table. The formal dining area is perfect for entertaining. A Big Screen TV lights up the living room, and each bedroom, plus the den, features its own TV. Fabulous restaurants, shopping, miniature golf, and unique outdoors sports are nearby. Beautiful Home

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Our kids loved all the pool toys they provided. The location was perfect. We had fun walking to get dinner, ice cream, and to mini golf. We would definitely stay at the property again.

Ants, ants, ants

We were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this property. We had a terrible ant problem. The owner sent a neighbor who tore up pieces of cardboard and put a gel on them all over the kitchen countertops. We were then instructed to keep all pantry items in the microwave to try to prevent the problem from becoming even worse. The pool had a leak so we had to deal with filling up the pool ourselves daily. They did randomly send someone to check the chlorine each day who would show up unexpectedly. On top of all of that the place needed cleaning and there were zero supplies in the house. My wife and I went to Publix to buy windex, Lysol, detergent, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so we can make the trip endurable. We also washed all of their sheets. One day the landscaper came and blew huge chunks of dirt into the pool deeming it unusable l. They did send a pool guy that was nice to clean it which took 2-3 hours. Between cleaning for them, setting any traps daily, filling their leaky pool and constant dialogue back and forth with Pat who treated each call like I was child asking for a third dessert, we lost 2-3 days from our 2 week stay. Oh! And did I mention the kitchen faucet didn’t work so that was another incident we had to stay home and wait for their repairman to fix it? It’s a shame because the house has a nice layout. If only they took better care of it.

Baseball Tournament

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were looking for some place to stay after long days at baseball parks. The communication with the property management team was above par. . shot out to Rich who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and it was. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the Ft Myers area.

Beautiful, clean home in great location

Lovely vacation

Absolutely perfect. It's so close to the beach and it's exactly what we wanted. Clean, modern, just the right size for us and the pool is warm and relaxing. We hope to return next spring. Thank you to Pat for all the help you provided. The check-in and check-out process is easy and painless. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located. The whole process couldn't have been easier. Great house for longer-length getaway

This is a great property for multiple couples as bedrooms are in two separate ends of the house. Has an amazing master suite, and the house has lots of closet space. Heated pool was just-right, with nice covered back porch space. Very nice quality furnishings and appliances. We loved our stay!

Magical Refuge

The house a Meadow Lark is special. From the moment you walk in, you sense beauty and peace surrounds you. It is comfortable, well distributed and appointed home. It is perfectly located close by the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Pat is an extraordinary property manager and hostess. She and her team were attentive to every detail. Great house with great floor plan

Very nice house, great layout with living room in central area adjacent to kitchen and 2 guests bedrooms and on the other side, the master bedroom and bathroom. When the three patio doors are completely opened, the terrace area becomes an extra room part of the house. The pool was perfectly heated at 83 degrees. The kitchen and entire house are well equipped with everything that is needed. The house is in a quiet area, 5 minutes drive to Barefoot beach and nearby all amenities. Manager and reservation details easy to deal with. We had a great time and would not hesitate to rent this house again anytime.
