Our property is close to the beach (Bonita Beach Park), golf courses, outlet and boutique malls and walking distance to major supermarkets, local bars and restaurants.

Our home is perfect for entertaining inside or outside.
The outdoor space includes a pool/hot tub area with an outdoor shower and a covered sitting area featuring an outdoor grill, refrigerator and a dining table that seats 8.
The spacious kitchen/living room area features a bar and a large dining room table.

The house has everything you need. The pool was great, kitchen well stocked; he even has a Nespresso machine which is what we use every morning so we were happy about that. The house is on a nice quiet street close to everything. You can walk to the grocery store, restaurants, bars and just a few minutes by car to the beach. Plus we were not given a chores list of things we needed to do before we left which made the last morning so much less hectic. We will be back again.

Second time I have stayed at this property. Love the lay out of this house. The pool, lanai and hot tube is awesome. Owner very responsive, although hardly a reason to contact him as everything is person and instructions are perfect. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Beautiful home

This place is beautiful. It sits in a very quiet neighborhood and close to grocery, shopping & the beach. It is very well equipped, kitchen, bathrooms, pool. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay and would rent again - very clean. Host was responsive. Location was great for access to beaches and surrounding area. Patio with hot tub and pool was great - especially in Jan/Feb months with cool weather. There were some things that need attention such as stuck shower door, delaminating kitchen cabinets, handles not on drawers in closets and tired family room furniture given the rental cost.

Comfortable house in a great location

We stayed for one month with our pets. The house is very comfortable and the pool area is very nice and private. The neighborhood is close to everything and the beach was only a few minutes by car. The owner was extremely responsive to our questions and requests.

Lovely property,great location

Last minute week

Great house, clean and spacious and well-equipped; made for a restful and comfortable base for a week. Michael (the owner) is a gem and was super easy to communicate with, and very responsive. Would stay again!

Get to the beach via car, bus or bicycle.

About our beach:

Bonita Beach is a Lee County park on the Gulf of Mexico right on the line between Collier County and Lee County. In this location, this little bit of geography has special meaning. If you start walking south along the beach, you immediately step foot onto Barefoot Beach and you can walk for miles along the beach, through Barefoot Beach Preserve shoreline, all of the way south to Wiggins Pass.

You’ll pass by some beautiful beachfront homes and you won’t encounter many people on this stretch of beach but, you’ll enjoy the beauty and serenity of Barefoot Beach. If you look north from the entrance to the beach at Bonita Beach Park, you’ll see Doc’s Beach House and the rental kiosk for parasail rides, jet skis, all kinds of beach equipment and beach toys. From this point, you can also walk north for a few miles before you encounter Big Hickory Pass.

So, bottom line here is that you can walk along the beach forever in either direction from Bonita Beach Park. Walk south for a more natural setting and stay around the main area for more people, more action, the beach rentals, beach volleyball, people watching and proximity to Doc’s Beach House Restaurant & Bar and the hot dog lady in the parking lot. In addition, you have full Lee County facilities here with restrooms, showers, picnic tables and small pavilions.
