Seagull Condominiums unit 310L is a newly remodeled two bedroom, two bath vacation rental that has an ocean view, 2 queen beds, a queen aerobed, brand new kitchen appliances with an island. There are flat screen TV's in the living room and both bedrooms, ceiling fan in living room, walk-in shower in the master bathroom, tub in guest bathroom, tile flooring throughout with internet access. Accommodation for 6 people. It has a great view of the Gulf of Mexico to enjoy from the the private balcony.
*** A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking.

Perfect home base

We had a delightful stay on the Texas Gulf coast! We explored, enjoyed the birds and had some great food. The condo was a perfect home base for our adventures and completely lived up to expectations.

Amazing views from all rooms. Beautiful experience

Each room in this condo had beach theme decorations and something special in every room. Spacious balcony and seating with Panoramic views of gulf from living room and master bedroom. Loved the visit and hated to leave! Absolutely recommend this condo and location.

Best Place Ever

Perfect in all respects, fantastic location, very clean and everything worked perfectly, beautifully decorated, will definitely seek out this unit again. I've been to Port Aransas/Mustang Island i million times and Sea Gull 310 is the finest lodging I've ever found.

Perfect family getaway

This met all our expectations. It is a nicely furnished, comfortable space. Everything (except ice maker) was top notch. The location is great. Nice pool. Friendly staff who was very helpful in every way. Definitely will choose this for our next getaway!

BETTER THAN EXPECTED

This place is outstanding. Very clean, updated and has most everything you could need. Much better than expected from the pictures and the pictures are great. Privacy on all balcony's with amazing views. The staff was very kind and helpful as well. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.

Beautiful View!

Our stay at this property was very nice. The ocean view from the balcony in this unit is wonderful. The chairs on the balcony are actually high enough to see over the railing which I really appreciate being short. The inside of the property is not the same as the pictures in the listing- not sure if they staged the unit for pictures or just changed furniture. The furniture is not new and inside does not look recently updated- and appliances are old,. The kitchen is well equipped. I was not cooking on this trip so I was not too concerned with the kitchen. I would have liked to have smelled some sort of disinfectant to indicate the unit had been freshly mopped and wiped down when we got there. I would suggest taking your own pillow for sleeping. I’m just sharing things that I like to see when we rent a beach house or condo. All this sad, we really did enjoy our stay at the Seagull! And this unit was nice enough-

Thank you for leaving us this thoughtful review, Karie. The images online are slightly different because of the way that the furniture is arranged. This is not typical of most of the condos that we have posted on our website as we update the images as soon as new furniture, appliances and remodels happen. However, we will be getting a photographer in to update the images we currently have on the website soon anyways! We do make sure that housekeeping cleans and inspects the condos before our guests are allowed in them. Our staff ensures the health and safety of the guests on property and we have a high standard for keeping our condos clean and sanitized. Amazing condo and beautiful view.

One of the most beautiful condos I've ever seen! More beautiful in person than in the photos. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated and so much attention to detail. You will not be disappointed.

Over and beyond our expectations

This property was so much better than the pictures conveyed. The owners thought of everything - including the provision of several crockpots so we could cook a meal while we enjoyed the ocean. The comfort of the beds was not as impressive, but next time we plan to bring our own blankets and pillows to make the experience perfect. We will definitely be back!

Steps to the beach

This was a lovely property and just steps to the beach and with a fantastic view! The kitchen had everything you could need and the condo was clean and bright!

Mother Daughter Weekend

We loved this property, the gulf view, spaciousness of the condo and the pool/hot tub. The only thing I wish was available was the ability to have access to a golf cart and golf cart bridge to get around at the beach and possibly ride into town.

Great ocean view

The view and feeling of this condo is like being right on the beach. The furniture, decorations and everything in the condo were top of the line. Loved it!

Beautiful Get Away

Property exceeded our expectations. Very clean, which is a concern during Covid. Property has the most amazing view. We enjoyed the pool and beach during our stay. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Covid

The property was great. However, we had to leave early for quarantine in our home towns. VRBO mentioned on their website that they were encouraging owners to reimburse or make some sort of arrangement to help the clients who could not make their reservation due to the virus. The owner of this property did not provide any assistance nor any discount when I asked to stay at their property again at a later date. Very disappointed and out several 100 dollars

Wonderful stay

Such a beautiful condo, i would definitely stay again. Anything you may need is avaible in the home, very accommodating. The home was very clean and had a beautiful view near the ocean. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend
