Area is very nice, lots of restaurants, close to Siesta beach, trails, and Gulf Gate Estates!!!
The property is close to SIESTA BEACH (less than 5min drive) -one of the best beaches in the world. Farmers Market 2 min away. Close to amazing bike trails "Legacy Trail" 12.5-mile, paved route sits on an abandoned rail corridor is popular with bicyclists & walkers!
