This place was great!! Close to a few plazas that have bars and restaurants, stores and close to the beach! We had to contact hosts and they were very prompt with responses and very pleasant. The house was stocked with things (100spf specifically) that we needed mid week. The pool was great and taken care of. We will be booking again!

Location was perfect. Great price. Beach gear on site to borrow. Pool has very easy access from this unit. Our only concern during our stay was the hot water for showers was not hot and got colder quickly, and the laundry requires quarters, however I would recommend this unit to friends and I would stay here again

The property is ideally located for quick access to the beaches. Size was perfect for a quick weekend getaway to celebrate with family!

Kitchen was well equipped as were the linens and towels.We often had the pool to ourselves which was nice but noisy due to traffic. The traffic noise did not bother us inside the unit.

Wonderful little condo in great location!

We really enjoyed our time here. Perfect spot - walkable to smaller beach, 5 min drive to Siesta Beach, short drive to Turtle Beach. Clean, homey, nice little pool - just what we needed for our family of 5.

My sister and I were in Sarasota area to see the Orioles play for Spring Training! This was a great place to stay. Had a wonderful time!

Maintenance upkeep was not good. Infested with Termites and some other insects that bit my wife all over her body. On the furniture. Shower handle was a Wood Screw that you could cut your fingers on. Cabinetry in need of serious repair.Pictures were taken.

We did contact a pest inspector after your stay and he did find no evidence of infestation that we did submit that information to VRBO. We will be sure to take a look at your other concerns on our next visit to the property when we discuss improvements. Take care.

The closest and the shelf’s were dusty. In the master bedroom shower there were roaches there were also some in the kitchen drawers. There is an exact amount of towels for each person which is not enough for six people when there is not a washing machine in the rental. In the pool area it was advertised that there would be chairs and an umbrella the chairs were there but there was no umbrella. The pool was dirty and the tiles that had the depth on them were chipped and lifted which can be dangerous when there is children I stepped on one and it ripped the skin off the bottom of my foot. In the kitchen the pans were dirty and all scratched.

Hello. Thank you for making us aware of the issue with the pool and the unfortunate incident. We did address this wit property management and they are making sure the issue is resolved. You did not make any mention of the “roaches”. For the past 2 years we have NEVER had a complaint of roaches and we do have an exterminator spray or property every month for preventative maintenance. Beautiful Beach Condo

This is an amazing place for a beach getaway. Everything you need is there….its super cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend staying here :)

Overall, we had a good stay. The location was great if you're looking to get away from the tourist hustle and bustle while still being close enough to enjoy the area. It was clean! One of the best features was being on the ground level with direct pool access right outside the front door, which was very convenient.The biggest downside was the beds, which were extremely hard. Unfortunately, we ended up moving to the couch at some point almost every night because we were so uncomfortable. We didn't get much sleep during our stay, which made for some long days throughout the week.The only other issue was the hot water, which didn't stay hot for very long, making showers a bit challenging.Aside from those concerns, the property was as described.

Cute place close to the beach

Very cute, spacious, very clean. Less than a 10 minute walk to Siesta Key and also close to the restaurants in town. Hosts were very responsive.

There were plenty of essential items such as coffee, etc supplied in the kitchen for our use. It was nice to be able to check-in and be ready to go without needing to immediately run to the grocery store for such items!
