This three bedroom townhome is a spacious 2,100 square feet and spans three levels with views of Baldy mountain from the master. The kitchen features granite tile countertops, upgraded appliances and heated flooring.

Amenities include a jetted tub in the master bath, gas fireplace in the living room, deck with BBQ grill, private hot tub, and one car heated garage. Bedding includes a king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, a captain bunk bed in the third bedroom, and a pull out sofa in the den.

Many activities are just steps from the townhouse that include ski-in/ski-out access, snowshoeing, hiking, biking and more. Near by attractions include golf, tennis, ice skating, rafting, and world class dining and shopping.

We loved our stay. Easy access to the lifts, very clean, perfect for our stay. We will definitely check availability here our next visit to Breck.

Awesome place

Perfect place to stay if you love skiing. Just a few minute walk to the nearest trail, comfortable condo and a nice hot tub to soak in after a full day of skiing.

Perfect location for a ski trip

Wonderful week spent in this great ski in and ski out condo! Accommodations are perfect for our family of 4 with the town of breckenridge within walking distance. This is our second time at the condo and can’t wait to return

Great skiing!

We had a great time staying in the three level home. It was nice having a bathroom for everybody. The skiing and ski out was perfect.

Excellent Stay

My family stayed here over Spring Break. 2 adults and a 6 and 9 year old. Everything was spacious and clean. We enjoyed evening in the hot tub and by the fire watching movies. Location is excellent right by the snowflake lift. We cant wait to stay again.

Ski trip - Breckenridge

Myself and 3 of my teenage boys stayed at the condo over the spring break . The place has great location , close to downtown and also lifts Its very well equipped for all your cooking needs If we plan another trip to Breckenridge, this is the place we will pick again

Second time at this home

This is our second consecutive year staying at this home. It is a wonderful location that is perfect for a family. The homeowners were very responsive as well; they even delivered 30 inches of fresh powder. Highly recommend!

A great home away from home

Super comfortable & convenient

We go on a family ski trip every Christmas and love to stay at ski in/ski out locations. This is a great one with plenty of space for the whole family. The condo is well stocked with all the basics and the heated walkway to the hot tub was a real treat. Thank you!

Great Location

This was our 3rd year staying in this neighborhood and it was fantastic yet again. The property itself was clean and had all of the amenities. We love that the bedrooms are on 3 separate floors so everyone has they own space and the well-maintained hot tub was the perfect touch after a long day on the slopes. The ski in/ski out aspect of this property is unmatched and we can’t wait to come back!

Great Condo and Location

5 stars. Would definitely come back. Condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and furniture. Loved the large hot tub at the end of the day. Super easy walk, even in ski boots, to where you access the run down to the Snowflake lift. Owners were very accommodating and responsive to questions.

Nice townhouse and location

The townhouse was a nice size for our group. Getting up to the slope isn’t too bad but moderate poling is required to get back down. Unfortunately the stay was marred by being p to wait in the car an extra hour until the cleaners finished and then walking into a haze of fragrance. We had to have windows open for most of the weekend if we wanted to be in the house at all.

Hi Cara, I’m terribly sorry about the late cleaning. The housekeeping company had a scheduling error that wasn’t caught until later in the day. Mountain condo with east access to slopes

This condo looks like the pictures. Plenty of room for 4 of us with 3bedrooms and a bath for each. There is also a bonus room with sofa bed. We didn’t try it. Just know that each bedroom is on a different floor if stairs are an issue. 10 minute walk to town-easy access to everything. We’d stay here again! Loved the fireplace and open living space. Oh, the heated garage was fabulous!! Hot tub sparkling clean.
