This home is probably my favorite place to stay. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of kitchen appliances and utensils! Plenty of space for different group chats, games or meals. Clean. Quiet surrounding neighborhoods. Easy accessibility to shopping and dining areas. And The Pool! Just a few feet from the covered patio…is just a lovely temperature year round surrounded by a well cared for garden area. The host is consistently responsive and friendly to work with. This home is truly a home away from home.

This was our second visit to this home and it did not disappoint. The area is great, very quiet. The house was clean and the outdoor space is great! See you again soon.

Pool area is beautiful. The house was clean but a bit dark/dated. Overall it met our needs. I Communicated a couple items needing maintenance, host replied quickly, repairs to be address after our departure.

We had a lovely time and appreciated the kindness and great communication with our host. Having a pool right outside the back door was a great perk. Sitting in the pool at night and looking up at the night sky, priceless. The house is up against the Santa Rosa Mountains which look like something out of painting. La Quinta itself has so much natural beauty, many great restaurants (Kitchen Ten Eleven my favorite), and quiet serenity. A little bit past Palm Springs but well worth the drive! Everything you need is within a 10 to 15 minutes.

Everything was perfect!! The house was so cute and felt so homey. The location couldn’t have been better! The backyard was absolutely gorgeous, we really enjoyed spending time back there. The host and house had everything we needed! So thankful to have stayed here! Highly recommend to anyone!

The pool and back yard were beautiful. The house was a little dated, but the beautiful back yard and pool were wonderful.

Thank you for the nice review. The house was built in 1965 and we completely changed everything and the kitchen when we bot the house was impossible so I spent $15,000 to redo it. Best to you and do come back. Jane Davis/owner

We so enjoyed our time at the pool house. The beautiful private back yard, spa, and pool were delightful! Views of the mountains were stunning, and we looked forward to seeing the horse (we named “Champ”) light up every night. Jane is a wonderful host and just installed new kitchen appliances. Thanks Jane for a wonderful vacation!

WiFi did not work and I had to fix it. Many large cockroaches in the house and owner / manager did nothing to assist. We went to Home Depot and purchased Roach Motels.

The wifi worked because we did a conference call with Frontier. We fixed the Cockroach - there was only one. We spoke about this over the phone and you said you were very satisfied with fixing things. Sorry you had such a terrible time there when all of our ratings were 5 Star ratings. This is the first 3 star we have ever had.

This home was comfortable, well stocked and in a great location. It was clean but in need of a little updating. It’s hard to make old look clean sometimes. We loved the pool and hot tub. Jane was very quick to respond with questions we had which was so appreciated.
