Beautiful Oasis in the Desert - HEATED POOL & HOT TUB

You will love this 5 bedroom & 3 bath home located in foothills of the South Mountain Preserve. Trail heads to 50 miles of trails just minutes away. Hiking, mountain biking, & horse back riding are just a few of the amazing things to do. Two award winning golf courses - The Legacy Golf Course & Raven Golf Course are within minutes. 10 minutes to the Angels Spring Training Stadium.

The backyard is a true oasis with a stunning heated pool, hot tub, fire-pit and plenty of room to play. Incredible views from the backyard. Backs to a large neighborhood park with playground, sand volleyball, basketball courts and soccer field. Located in a wonderful gated community.

This 3700 sq ft home is very spacious throughout. Perfect home for a fabulous Arizona vacation. The kitchen is truly a chef's dream with white cabinetry, subway tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances - including a gas range. There is a full bedroom and full bath downstairs. The upstairs has an oversized loft with plenty of room to enjoy movie nights. The master bedroom is fabulous with a newly remodeled spa-like master bath. The deep soaking tub is perfect for relaxing after a long day of hiking. There are 3 additional bedrooms located upstairs that are very large. And a nicely appointed full bath.
*Trailers are not permitted. HOA is strict on parking.

Great Get Away

The house is beautiful, very well maintained and homey feeling. The owners are very responsive and great at communicating if there was an issue. We definitely plan on a return trip.

Atmosphere relaxing and enjoyable

Loved the spaciousness of this property, amenities and stocked adequately for the week. Enjoyed the Pool and Jacuzzi along with the fire pit made for nice evenings.

Aunt Ruth’s 100th bithday

This house was perfect. The house is so very welcoming and comfortable. The bedrooms are all so quiet and beautifully decorated. The backyard was great. The pool hot tub putting green and fire pit was all enjoyed. The owners think of everything to make your stay special. I just wish we coul have stayed longer. Thank you for a great relaxing visit!!

Great spot!

Perfect home for our 4 night stay. Property is well maintained and pool/hottub were awesome. We had 4 kiddos with us ranging from 2-7 in age and they had a blast in the upstairs rec room. Would stay here again!

Everything about this house was awesome. Age range was 22-81 and everyone had an amazing stay! Pool made the day during 112 degree heat!

Great S. Phoenix Property

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Great backyard with several destination zones, owners had every eventuality covered. We did not want for anything. Clean and spacious. Overall a really positive stay.

Excellent home away from home!

We were in town for college graduation and this house was perfect! There were 10 of us including adults and children. There was plenty of space for everyone. The pictures depicted the house perfectly. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Communication was excellent! We also appreciated that there was a pack and play in the bedroom. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazing family house

The house is so open and clean! Beds were so comfortable and the rooms were roomy! Lives the back yard and patio for morning coffee and afternoon swims! The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials and we loved the big couch for our whole family to watch a movie! I would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We enjoyed this home. The kitchen was well stocked with good pans of all types and other cooking utensils. Don’t expect pantry items. It was easy to cook in. The house was very clean and up to date. Nice gated neighborhood. Loved our stay!

Wonderful home for winter getaway!

Our family of six had a great two week stay in this beautiful home near South Mountain. The home is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the backyard pool, hot tub and basketball hoop. We also enjoyed using the neighborhood park right behind the property. It was nice to have Target and other shops and restaurants so close. We would definitely stay here again!

Phoenix paradise

Everything was perfect Our group was smaller than anticipated due to some travel issues So we had a lot more space than needed The owners were lovely and took care of a few minor issues we had The back yard is a mini resort with a fabulous pool and jacuzzi a little putting green and a nice firepit for the cool evenings We visit Phoenix from Germany every yr and this will be our go to home from now on

Family memories

We don't require good weather to enjoy a family vacation. Simply provide us a warm, comfortable home with plenty of room, and we'll find ways to enjoy the indoors (board games, puzzles, toys for the little ones, etc.) House was very good. No complaints. Host was excellent!

Outstanding!

This is a great home for family use. My group included 6 adults and 3 children ages 3-9. The place is huge and full of space to relax. Everyone loved the heated pool and hot tub. Convenient to stores and the South Mountain park, as well as a playground immediately behind the home, there’s something for everyone. Thanks for the use of your home for a memorable family vacation.

Family Visit in Arizona

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 8. Plenty of space and room to spread out. The house or the pool couldn’t be any cleaner! The pool service was there the day we arrived, which we thought was great! The owner was extremely helpful and very considerate. Thank you! Everyone enjoyed the pool and and visiting our family in AZ. We plan on staying here again.

We have lived in Phoenix, AZ for the past 10+ years. We absolutely love the South Mountain area. It is nestled in the foothills of the preserve and gives you a feeling like you are escaping it all and yet super close to everything. We now live in farther north and have kept this property because we love it so much! We want many families to enjoy it as much as we have! Geoffrey is originally from outside Pittsburgh and Jessica grew up in Park City, UT. Needless to say, we love the AZ winters! And actually the summers too!

The backyard is gorgeous with a heated pool, hot tub, fire-pit, and backs to a large community park. Easy access to downtown Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, and the East Valley. Located about 10 minutes from the airport.
