This cabin was perfect for our church group. The cabin was exceptionally clean and comfortably. Location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Great location and beautiful home! Close to Dollywood and had a beautiful view from the back deck. Had a minor issue , the host responded quickly and made sure everything was okay and resolved. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great rental! Very nice and spacious! Owner was great to work with, when I had questions they immediately responded!! Very helpful!! Would definitely recommend this property!!!

We loved the location and how close it was to the LeConte Center!

This cabin worked really well for our group. It is in a great location, close to the event we were attending at the LeConte Center.

This cabin was amazing. Had so much room for the whole family and so much for the Grandsons to do. Ping Pong table, Arcade, Hot Tub and Tv’s everywhere. Cabin was super clean and very well stocked. We’ll differently stay there again.

Great location

This house was very close to nearly all the sites we wanted to visit it’s a very short drive to Gatlinburg and a two minute drive to Pigeon Forge’s old mill square which was beautiful in December. I recommend staying here.

Thanksgiving Family Vacay

The cabin was perfect. It was clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of parking and room to spread out inside. The owner/host was so easy to communicate with and very accommodating! We will definitely be staying here again!

Great Vacation Home- Highly Recommend!

Great vacation home! It is in a nice location that is off the main roads but very close to all the fun. The home was very clean and well-maintained. It was perfect for a women's retreat we attended at the Leconte Center. The host patiently answered my numerous questions.

Excellent stay

We came here for the weekend with family and to visit Dollywood. We loved the cabin and it had plenty of room for everyone. The owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond when we had a question. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast. The beds were great as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Weekend

We had a great stay with extended family members ranging in age from 10-80. Perfect location for everything we wanted to do. We loved the cabin, especially the view from the decks. We had everything we needed for the weekend. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back! Thanks!

10/10 Recommend!

A Suite Life was absolutely perfect! Exactly as described in the listing, clean, and all the extras we needed to make our stay perfect (linens clearly labeled for pullout couches, step by step instructions for each of the tvs, etc). I only had to reach out to the owner for one thing (we arrived a few hours early) and she responded right away. We’re already planning our trip for next year!

Lovely place

Absolutely loved the house and we had a great time. We had 10 people from age 12 to 75 and we were all very comfortable. We all loved the mattress and slept really well. Our only complaint was cleanliness, windows were dirty, we found a baby bottle under the chair and the top bunks were not fully made. I would stay here again because to me those are minor issues.

Dollywood for our 50th Anniversary

We loved the house, especially the porches. We were all pleasantly surprised because the photo of the outside (front) doesn’t do it justice. There were 15 of us, from 7 to 73. Funny story: My husband stayed there alone the day the rest of us went to the water park. Haven’t out in the porch through the living room door and got locked out b/c the knob was malfunctioning. Fortunately the bedroom door was unlocked. He enjoyed the peace and quiet, he fixed the other door!

Basic cabin for a group of 12-16

The area that this cabin is in, is beautiful and very easy to get into Pigeon Forge from. Great views as well. That being said, the cabin itself was very basic. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked- we cooked almost all of our meals there as we stayed during "hell week" (the week between Christmas and New Years). Other than that, it was pretty small for our group of 19 and the pictures made the common areas (and even some of the sleeping areas) seem larger than they truly were. It does indeed "sleep 20" but not comfortably and that is with 2 people sleeping on pull out couches in the common areas. This would be a decent basic/affordable option for a group of 12+ but not much more than that.

Hi Shamus - thank your for staying at a Suite Life and for your review. We appreciate comments from our guests on how we can improve our cabin. I would note that our website description states immediately in the beginning that our cabin sleeps 20 with a combination of beds and two sofa sleepers. I believe our description if accurate and we do have photos of the bedrooms and common area which are not altered. We apologize if it did not hold your group comfortably. I wonder if maybe there were more adults that what the reservation was made for as we did receive some extra charges from our cleaning company for excessive garbage and extra linens.

Dolly Forge

The kitchen pots and pans where inadequate. The trash capacity was borderline for a house that is supposed to house up to 20 people. There were 2 rolls of toilet paper and cheap paper towels, no vacuum and we found a broom half way through our stay. Normally these kind of rentals have a lot of left over items from previous gusts that come in handy. There was nothing left over anywhere. The picture of the house gave the impression it was out in the woods by itself, but it was right in the middle of the mess around Dollywood.

Not ok

Let’s start here. When we arrived we noticed we didn’t have power in the living room as we were trying to figure out how to turn the kitchen lights on. We contacted them and maintenance was out an hour later. We stayed at this cabin to pretty much eat sleep and bath. Supposedly we “melted” a living room rug with I’m not sure what. Since we didn’t bring any hot tools with us. We also were not in living room. Once again not even sure what living room it happened in. I sent multiple emails about said rug and haven’t received an email back with pictures of the rug. But of course with no response back our credit card was charged the 300 dollars in damages. When I tried to contact the support team they were not helpful what so ever. We will never be staying with vrbo or this host ever again.

Hello Theresa. As you know, we did correspond frequently about the rug issue as the cleaning company had photos of the rug before your stay as well as after which we provided to you and which showed the damage. And in order to support our relationship with guests, past and future, we refunded you the $300 charge for damages.

Thanksgiving weekend

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was clean and accommodated our large family from 4 year old children to adults. The beds were super comfortable and the location is perfect!
