We stayed here for our holiday 2025 trip and this home was the perfect home away from home. Our travel group was a party of 16 people we had ample room to sleep, play games, and just enjoy our stay. Its in a perfect location and the view of the river was relaxing. Amy was the perfect host. If youre looking for the perfect place to have that perfect getway, with enough space then choose this property.

Golf Trip

We stayed here for a long weekend. It is in a great location to stay out of business, but close enough to be able to get to where you want! Would definitely book here again.

Beautiful property for large groups

Came here with a group to ride Motorcycles in the Smokey’s. Definitely recommend staying here. Amy was wonderful to work with and property is even nicer in person.

This property was wonderful for our group of ladies. Everyone had their own room that allowed for privacy. The kitchen and laundry facilities were outstanding, with plenty of plates and glasses for everyone. The deck was our favorite place to gather both in the morning and the late afternoon. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were all pleasing.

Excellent house

14 Women of Joy stayed 3 nights. Amazing home for a group stay. Extremely clean, beautiful & spot on response from owner. Will book again when in the area!

Short Trip for a Wedding

We enjoyed the house. It was spotless. Lots of rooms and beds. Easy to get to.

Exceeded expectations!

The entire family had a great time at this house. There was more than enough space, rooms, and amenities. Great "backyard" (a huge lawn/green space in the back, next to a river).

This was a fantastic property. We stayed here for our daughter's graduation from University of Tennessee. I was concerned that being so close to the 4 lane highway would be noisy, but it was a non-event. We had 12 and had plenty of space. We even hosted my daughter's roommate and her family for a brunch following graduation which added another 7 people and there was plenty of space. The house was spotless and Amy was great with communication. The kitchen was well appointed, but if you have a large party, I would bring some extra silverware. Also, make sure to bring any spices you need. We would definitely stay here again without reservation.

Great House for large group

I had multiple families meet from multiple states for Thanksgiving and we stayed at your house. The house is spacious and spectacular. Didn’t feel on top of each other. Owners very friendly and helpful

Awesome home there was plenty room for everyone to have their own space & plenty room for us to gather. The only issue the lighting in the kitchen & dining area was kind of dim.

Perfect location in Sevierville for a family gathering

The property is exactly as described and worked great for our family of 17. It was nice to have two kitchens, living rooms and laundry. The kitchens are well stocked with dishes and pans for cooking in. The location on the river is nice and quiet away from the chaos of Pigeon Forge but close enough to take advantage of everything Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. Also only about 30 minutes from Knoxville. The host was available for questions from the moment we booked. Highly recommend this property!

Looks even better in person

The house looks even better in person! Beautiful house, easy check in and check out process. The host Amy was amazing and made sure to let me know she was always available in case of anything. Nothing happened but it was nice knowing help was a phone call away. I highly recommend this property and will be back again!

Sister Squad

It had a wonderful home feel and loved the view of the river. Beautiful weather and nice seating. Larger dinner table seating would be ideal but we improvised. Maybe some watch your step signs for future guest because we did have some moments of tripping. Accomodations were wonderful, location fantastic, and views were gorgeous.

Amazing home

The pictures of the home do not this home any justice. The home far exceeded our expectations. The home was clean and well stocked with the essentials that was needed for a weekend get away. Amy was very responsive and assisted us with any questions that we may have had. I highly recommend this location to others

Perfect Experience

My family and I stayed here for my graduation weekend at University of Tennessee. The home was beautiful, quiet, close to anything we needed with no issues. The pictures don’t do it justice. This home was gorgeous and made my moment so much better because everyone was comfortable and taken care of from the moment they arrived. I wish we stayed longer. The owner was super friendly and responsive when I had questions about the home and recommendations. Truly an amazing experience. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

Vols Football Weekend

This is a beautiful home with a lovely backyard on the river. It is a block off the main road, but we were pleasantly surprised that we did not experience any road noise. We took a shuttle bus to and from Neyland stadium, and traffic was a breeze. As mentioned in the listing, two of the bedrooms are in the fully furnished basement. These do have a separate entrance that requires you to go outside.

Gorgeous River Front Family Getaway

We could not have selected a better home and host for our family Thanksgiving gathering this year. The home was beautiful, cozy, and very well appointed. We were able to create a Thanksgiving feast for 17 with ease in the modern and sleek kitchen. Everything we needed except food and spices was already available in the home. The kids loved the huge backyard and river views. We were close to everything we wanted to do on our vacation as well. The split living spaces gave us quiet places for people to retreat to when the hectic nature of the whole family get to be a bit to much. We would recommend this property and these hosts without reservation.

A true gem

After staying here with my large family and kids we all decided we wanted to come back again. The house is absolutely beautiful and close to many attractions. We had plenty of room for 11 adults and 7 kids ages 12 - 1. Since my family had the youngest we enjoyed the separate space downstairs to let the baby sleep. My baby has never slept better as the rooms were dark. Are favorite part of the house was the large upstairs porch and views of the river. Memories were made!

More Than Enough room & a View!

This home is truly beautiful! and so well kept. We came to celebrate our annual Mother's Day trip. Us and our 5 adult kids & their +1,our 2 younger kids and In-laws. The space is well laid out and seemed open and cozy at the same time. The furniture and beds were all very comfortable. The empty garage & parking was a game changer. We could put our trailer of kayaks right in and shut the door. We ate on the deck every night and the sunsets were awesome. Having the flat part in the yard let us play badminton, cornhole and throw the frisbee & football (we brought our own sets) and also sit by the river. We had dry wood for the fire pit! Amy was very responsive to our questions and even recommended a pizza place for us on the first night. The kitchen allowed for space to cook and gather, all our needs taken care of. Amy also made check-out really simple. Super happy with this trip and will be the first place we look if we are down that way again. Great time and Great memories!!

Our stay at this beautiful home was amazing. The river front location was beautiful to watch at all times of the day. We were close enough to drive to all the activities and attractions of the city but able to quickly return to the peace and quiet at the house. Amy was amazing and responded so very quickly and helped everything go smoothly. Thank you again. 10 out of 10

This is a beautiful property! We had our extended family stay for a weekend and it was perfect. Very clean, good location - close but not too close to the tourist area. We also had the joy of watching a goose family every day in the river and backyard. Will definitely go again if the occasion comes up.
