This lovely and private Indio home is perfect for longer getaways (30+ Days) but no party people, please! Located in a desirable gated community (PALAZZO), the spacious 2900 Sq. Ft home features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (sleeps 6 max). The property offers a stunning, state-of-the-art new salt water swimming pool with waterfall and adjacent hot tub for ultimate vacation-style relaxation. The private backyard boasts great lounging space to enjoy with a central firepit, sunbeds, couches, an outside dining table, grill with burners, ice chest and partial covered patio.

The large master bedroom with king bed has a private suite, which can be used as a sitting area or office, along with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, featuring luxury bath tub, shower and double vanities. One guest room offers a queen bed and the other has 2 double beds, perfect for kids. There is a laundry room and private garage. The open plan kitchen includes built-in appliances, double ovens, microwave, a walk-in pantry and granite tile counters.

The living room has a large sectional couch and flat-screen television, offering cable TV as well as Smart TV and Blu-Ray Player (in case you want to program your own subscriptions) and the home is equipped with high speed Wi-Fi. There is also a game room with pool table.

With a private dog run nearby, one or two house-trained pet will be considered with a pet deposit. The house is a short car ride away to the best that the desert has to offer including top-notch dining and the famous Coachella Polo Fields, home to the Desert’s top events.

The house is as advertised and the pictures provide an accurate representation. The home was well equipped and the owners were very helpful with any questions we had.

Great stay!

My dog and I plus a few friends stayed here and we had a lovely time. There were a few hiccups but Sean and Emma were very responsive and helped clear things up very quickly.

Wonderful stay!

The pictures of this beautiful home do not do it justice! It is a wonderful layout, amazing pool, and a fully stocked home. We very much enjoyed our stay, and the pool was perfect for our two-year old. I highly recommend for a family vacation!

What a beautiful home!

The pictures don’t do it justice! We had a wonderful time in Indio. We were out a lot as the region has a lot of outdoor activities to do. The house was so comfortable. It could fit a big family or three couples easily. Emma was always very kind, and answered our questions promptly. The house was immaculate when we walked in. The kitchen is well stocked (I know this may sound ridiculous to some but their knives were better and sharper than mine!!!) The check-in procedures were easy. We didn’t use the pool but the hot tub was so nice after long hikes! And the bed was very comfy in the master bedroom! I highly recommend the house, the area and the Coachella region as a whole! Wonderful House

We really enjoyed our two-month stay (April and May) in this spacious, well-built house. The backyard swimming pool was a real treat and great for exercise and cooling off. The pool table was also a great asset. We enjoyed hours of playing pool. The televisions offer Direct TV---good entertainment! The well-equipped kitchen is spacious and perfect for cooking large or small meals. The owners are great! They are quick to respond to questions, etc. We enjoyed renting from them. We highly recommend this house, which is located in a gated development with well-built homes and friendly neighbors. It is located very close to grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. It is a mere 20-minute drive to Palm Springs via I-10.

Palazzo at Shadow Hills vacation home

Located in a nice small gated community beside Shadow Hills but without use of their ammenities. Lovely pool & spa - a bit pricey to run though. Great BBQ and outside patio area with plenty of comfortable seating, umbrellas for all those sunny days and a fabulous fire pit. House is nice with a comfortable master bed (although I needed a stool to climb into it:) Love the California desert in winter!
