Absolutely Amazing

Spent 6 nights at this property. The property far exceeded our expectations. Property was so much nicer than the pictures showed. It came equipped with everything we needed. Wonderful space for kids… we have a 9 and 7yr old girls who had the best time. Sledding, sleigh rides, grocery store, and several restaurants within a 15min drive. Felt very safe here. Beautiful view of the lake and mountains. We experienced zero issues while on this trip. We look forward to going back during the summer months. Absolutely amazing! Thanks Tom

Lakefront Cabin

We had a perfect 5-night stay in this house. Everything we needed was there. Very comfortable beds and a view that made me smile every morning while having my coffee. Caught a rainbow over the lake that was beautiful and enjoyed our days at Rocky Mountain National Park!

Granby 2024

As stated, all was clean and well pointed for our stay. Place was great. There were two times when the gate to the place wouldn’t let us out. Had to cycle switches on gate electronics to get it to open. Other than that was great.

Comfortable, clean lake front cabin.

We'll be back! Everything we needed and more. The place was clean, well stocked, excellent location, with breath-taking views! We had a wonderful week.

Amazing Views!

Amazing place to stay! The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. The house has everything you need and the views are unmatched! Would stay here again!

Secluded Cove & Top Shelf Property

This property is located with a couple other private residences in a quiet and secluded cove. It is appointed with all conveniences and then some, above and beyond the norm. The view is spectacular and the location is conveniently situated near top Colorado interest points. This property does not dusappoint and I would not hesitate to cone again.

Amazing place!

We had an amazing time at the rental! The view was spectacular! The house was very clean and everything was just as described! We loved being on the west side of RMNP. This rental was the perfect fit for us! We will definitely stay again if in the we come back to the area!

Great view

Just what I was looking for! Peace and quiet and close to Grand Lake. There are shopping nearby and that was cool! Highly recommend this place if you're heading in that direction.

Great stay

We had a great time here. It was a lovely place for my mom and I. Tom was easy to communicate with and the place was perfect for us. The view of the lake was fantastic and was exactly what I needed. Kitchen has everything thing you need as does the rest of the place. Highly recommend, I will try to return.

Beautiful home, beautiful view

This is a lovely place to stay with an incredible view of Lake Granby. Everything was great except for the constant traffic going by right behind this home. This is the only deterrent to us considering staying here on our next visit.

Peaceful Waterfront Lake House

Lake access from property to launch your kayak, swim or fish. The sunrises & sunsets are breathtaking from the deck. Had windows open entire time with cool breezes during the day/evening. Town of Granby & Grand Lake both within 10 minutes for groceries, ice, fuel, restaurants & ice cream. Highly recommend this property. Tom was amazing to work with. Will rent again, worth every penny !!

Cozy getaway

The cabin is cozy and quaint nestled in the heart of grand county with breath taking views of the lake. It is conveniently situated minutes from the town of grand lake and numerous hiking and exploration trails. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings while taking in the peaceful view of the Mountains and cool mountain air. The cabin is fully stocked with everything we needed to make our stay perfect.

Luxury cabin on the lake

This cabin was gorgeous and up to date. A lot of thought was put into the woodwork and design. It feels like a cabin but with all the comforts of a modern home. It is right on the lake which is nice of course. It was clean and had everything we needed. We encountered. small problem upon check-in and the owner handled it adequately the following day.

Granby Lake

Magnificent view of lake. Highway noise not so great. Noise would not have been an issue if there was air conditioning. We were unable to find our “sleep number” with the bed, neither of us slept well. We rented a pontoon for the day with Indian Peaks Marina. That was wonderful. Dinner at Rapids in Grand Lake was great. Communication with owner was okay, but he kept saying “call me” with issues, but I couldn’t find his phone number. Driveway was being paved while we were there which was not convenient because we had to park outside the gate on the highway. The second day, I had to cross the highway and it was a little scary for a minute! Beautiful home Nextdoor to owner’s home. Great views of lake. Relaxing to watch and listen to the birds in the sunshine on the deck.

Hidden Gem

First time where the rental was actually better than the pictures showed. The condo was fully stocked with everything you need along with a beautiful view. My only suggestion is getting a better grill outside as we struggled keeping it lit. Would rent again!

Great Location and Lake

Good: Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Nice large rooms. Ceiling Fans in the bedrooms. Nice Bathrooms. Great decks. The listing description is accurate. Bad: Really need a ceiling fan in the Living Room. No trash can at the house. Had to walk a good distance to dump the trash. Traffic noise was not too bad at night. Workers next door behind the old motel had the water turned off for at least 2 days in a row. No notice that the water would be turned off. Ugly: Nothing about the property. The restaurants in Grand Lake are expensive so plan accordingly. Good grocery store in Granby. Poor grocery options in Grand Lake.

Perfect! Would definitely stay here again

Everything was perfect! Super clean and great amenities. Did not see one speck of dirt or dust. Layout of bedrooms were great for 2 people or 2 couples who wanted privacy, or would be great for a family. Both beds were very comfortable (sleep number, etc) and both bedrooms also had ceiling fans and mounted flat screens. House was setup with cable, Netflix, Hulu and Prime. Decorated very tastefully, and even down to the fixtures, wood trims and wood floors were....yes perfect. I'm using that word a lot in this review because it's the best and truest description to fit this house. The view of the lake and mountains with comfortable outdoor spaces and furniture were the icing on the cake. Check in and check out was easy and convenient. Only negative as others noted was it was right on the highway so there was road noise, but traffic slowed way down in the evening and traffic noise wasn't noticeable at night even with windows open. House is behind private gate which we liked. If you're looking at staying in this area (Grand Lake, Granby, RMNP, etc), don't hesitate on this place!
