The lanai is large enough for a dining area, and seating area with TV so you can keep track of your favorite team score and still watch the kids in the oversized pool. Don't forget the wet bar with seating and fridge to keep your drinks cold. Wet bathing suits no problem. There is an outside ½ bathroom for your convenience and an outside shower too! Just want to soak up the sun? Choose one of the two patios one has a private entrance to the master bedroom, the other a gathering point for all with a fire table.

This property is completely walled with two entrances the front entrance electric gate has a remote control for your convenience, also keypad access from outside the gate. The kids and four-legged friends can remain safe inside the wall and still have the freedom to run and play.

The large master bedroom and bath have been completely remodeled. It features a king size bed, huge walk-in closet and French doors to the private patio. *Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
