I have all 5-star ratings for this property and over 30 5-star ratings for the other property that I rent, https://www.vrbo.com/1041372. You will not be disappointed with your accommodations. Only 15 minutes from the beach. Fish in the canal in the backyard.
Sleeps 10 in beds.
Large screened-in porch at the rear of the house. Beautiful pool area.

King bed in the master bedroom.
Queen bed in the loft and guest bedroom 1.
Full bed in guest bedroom 2.
King bed in the bedroom above the garage.
3 1/2 baths.

The pool is electrically heated, I usually set it at 84 deg.
This is a very cozy home. You will have a wonderful time there.
This home is only rented to good-natured, happy people to preserve its good karma.

Great Stay

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this property! The home is very large and had plenty of space for my four siblings and my husband and my 4 month old son. Bill provided a pack and play for my son as well which was a nice touch! The pool was amazing and we even used the grill outside one night. Highly recommend staying here!

Great pool house in Bonita

Bill’s place was terrific. Very comfortable, plenty of space and near many restaurants and attractions. Already planning a stay for next year.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

We found the property perfect for our family, wonderful spaces to share and really nice bedrooms that afforded everyone privacy. The owner was very accommodating. We had a great thanksgiving dinner. Would recommend to anyone.

Girls trip in Bonita Springs

Group of mature 65-year-old ladies had a wonderful seven day vacation in Bonita Springs. Our host Bill was very accommodating and quickly responded to questions and things that we needed. The house was well appointed and beautiful with plenty of room for Six ladies. The property was close to many restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment. We spent many mornings and evenings out on the Lanai watching birds and fish jumping out of the canal. It was a very relaxing space. I would highly recommend this rental home and would definitely return.

Like having a beautiful and peaceful retreat to yourselves

It was such a great place to plant ourselves for a retreat. It is a very convenient location to Old Bonita Springs, with it's quaint and trendy restaurants and within walking distance to Publix and a lot of other shopping. We drove to Fort Myers beach 3 times with no trouble finding a place to park! Maybe we just got lucky, but right now there are not as many tourists. There is a lot of construction on Estero Blvd. still being done from the hurricanes. When you are here it is so peaceful, bug free and relaxing. The pool and deck are perfect!It would be great for a reunion with friends or family. The loft does not have a bathroom, so not good for older folks, but all the other bedrooms have bathrooms close by. Bill, the owner, was great! He responded quickly to questions. You will not be disappointed!I hope we get the opportunity to return!

Exceeded Our Expectations!!

This place was perfect. The owner was so great to deal with. The house and location were perfect. The details were amazing. Anything you could think of was in the house. The owner really cares that guests are super taken care of. The only bad thing is that I feel like I will be let down when staying at other properties. To show the kind of host this property owner is, the coffee maker wasn’t working and the same day there was a replacement ready on the counter. STAY here without worries, you will not regret it.

Great family property

Beautiful well maintained home! Our group was 4 adults, 4 kids ages 5-12. Nana enjoyed the above the garage room which gave her some privacy and quiet. Kids loved the pool and enjoyed kayaks, fishing. Bill was kind and welcoming, we didn’t have an issues at all but he was easy to get ahold of. Easy access to local amenities. We loved our time here, not sure we can top it but we might just have to return and try! Thanks Bill!

5 Tage vollkommene Erholung

Der Aufenthalt war super schon, der Vermieter war absolut kommunikativ und hat alles dafür gegeben und den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Kanu fahren, am Pool entspannen und Angeln was will Mann mehr? Leider hat die Klimaanlage in der oberen Etage eine kleine Macke gehabt. Halb so schlimm nach kurzer Rücksprache mit dem Vermeintet haben wir sie gemeinsam wieder zum laufen bekommen. Eine neue sollte nach unserem Aufenthalt eingebaut werden.

Great property!

Property was very clean and spacious! Great pool and lots of extras such as pool toys, beach chairs, and tons of towels. The extra fridges were also great for the number of people and extra room we needed. Overall great experience!

Calm & Beautiful

Beautiful place, great experience! Loved being able to fish in the canal, relax in the pool and enjoy the view. Owner was great to work with, would definitely stay here again! Very clean and safe house/area.

Great Stay

House was clean, well stocked with amenities and supplies and very welcoming. Easily accommodated our family of 7 adults, 3 children and 1 dog. Excelled at meeting all our needs (especially the pool) and made our vacation enjoyable and fun. Must say that Bill was an excellent owner host.

Great Place to Stay

The house is exactly as described with plenty of room. We had 7 people, and everyone had their own space. We even had to spend part of our vacation time doing remote work and school, and had no problems with the wifi. The screened porch was the perfect place to sit out in, looking over the canal. Beautiful place. Lots to do in the area, plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Great spot!

This was a big, clean house with everything we needed. There was space for 4 adults, 3 teenagers and a child with room to spare. The pool was heated perfectly and the iguanas even came out to meet us! Large, well-stocked kitchen and the whole place was spotless. Plenty of linens and toys - took full advantage of the kayaks, beach chairs and extra fridge in the garage. Felt like home away from home!

Perfection!

This property was perfect. All 8 of us fit comfortably in Bill’s home. The bedroom & bathroom suite above the garage was a perfect fit for my in-laws, and my parents loved the master suite. The 3.5 bathrooms worked out well for my family. The heated pool was a fantastic bonus as well! Most importantly, Bill was incredibly kind and responded almost immediately to all of my questions. Thanks to him our visit was flawless. I hope I have the chance to stay here in the future!

Great place, highly recommend

Six of us stayed for a week in December. No problems and overall a great place to stay. Kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room were well stocked and the whole place was very clean. There wasn't anything we needed that the house didn't have. Bill was kind and responsive throughout the week, and we all agreed this experience is the best we've had for a rental house!

The house was perfect for the thanksgiving Holliday .

The house was just as described. It was perfect for my family, with people coming and going all week long. It had all the kitchen utensil for a thanksgiving dinner for 20 people and the room for us to eat. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The location was perfect close to stores restaurants and golfing. Will definitely be back for another holiday.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC

This has been our best Vrbo stay yet. Owner was fantastic in helping us navigate a tropical storm we were stuck in and was more than accommodating. Very clean, safe area with plenty of beds and space for people to sleep and stay. Great screened inside porch that was fun to spend time on & enjoyed the pool and fishing! Will definitely be back!
