Pristine yet cozy 5 bedroom home plus loft with 3 full & 1 half baths on three levels only two blocks from the beach!! Home is nestled in a wooded setting on a hillside sloping down in back for tree-house like views of wooded back yard and a walk-out lower level (one lower bedroom w/sliding glass door to private deck). First floor private bedroom with queen bed and en-suite full bath. Separate half bath on first floor. Upstairs master bedroom with queen bed shares full bath with loft. Basement with two bedrooms and full bath as well as game room/additional bedroom and separate laundry. Large living room with gas fireplace and vaulted ceiling open to loft above with beautiful windows/light. Light wood throughout. Modern kitchen open to dining room which opens out thru sliding doors to back deck! Spacious back deck with natural gas Weber grill for barbecuing. Perfect Lake Michigan dune cottage! At Stop 2, so close to Washington Park, the Zoo, the splash pad, the Marina, Fish Camp restaurant, and the Lighthouse/Pier. Beach is in great shape here (no seawalls needed, lots of sand). Enjoy the serene back yard view with trees and birds while you sip your morning coffee and plan your day on the beach or out and about. Lots of stuff to do nearby - Outlet shopping, breweries, restaurants, golf, Lake Michigan with it's endless possibilities. We can refer you to top deep sea Lake Michigan Captains for a day of Salmon and Trout fishing. Full internet with WiFi and google pucks to keep the signal strong as well as Roku TV in all rooms. House has had only one owner since built and they were meticulous - it's in like new condition, come and check it out for yourself!

Great house for 2 families and grandparents! Nice walking distance to beautiful beaches. Kitchen very well stocked. Inside of the house was very clean but outside needs some TLC. Weeds in the gutter, shower area creates mud, deck full of leaves, grill dirty, wagon full of sand and old sand toys.

Thanks for the review! We’re getting gutters cleaned and getting new gutter guards. We’re also talk to our landscaper about the yard, adding more stone around the shower area, and getting the wagon and sand toys cleaned up.

The property was ideal for our family of 12 and include an additional unoccupied room. We appreciate it’s close proximity to the beach and outlet shopping. Todd was fantastic-always accessible and responsive to any questions or concerns. We look forward to returning and will prioritize renting this home.

This property felt clean and in good repair. It was, in general, better than most rentals that I have stayed in, and I was comfortable staying there. The kitchen had all the appliances and tools that we needed. When we found one necessary item unusable, a new one was delivered within a couple of hours of being requested. I was pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs and a wagon available for walks to Lake Michigan.For those wondering about handicap accessibility, the property has six stairs leading from the driveway to the front door. After achieving that, there is a master bedroom/bathroom, main living area, dining and kitchen areas all on one floor with no other stairs necessary inside. Other bedrooms and living areas are up or down another flight of stairs.

Close to the water, park, & zoo. 7 family members stayed, had plenty of room, tvs in all bedrooms kept everyone happy and when wanting to watch. Large house gives everyone space. Has lots of little extras as well.

Such a beautiful home! We loved our time there! It was a family/kid friendly home in a quiet neighborhood. Spacious and plenty of beds for everyone. I was amazed by the proximity to parks, the lake, zoo, shopping and train station this house was. We were easily able to jump on the train and be in Chicago in a little over an hour!

Wonderful getaway

This rental was wonderful for our weekend away from home. Plenty of room for us and close to everything! Just a walk away from Dune Billie's where we ate breakfast.

Sisters Weekend

The house was very nice and cozy. It had everything we needed to be comfortable for the weekend. The area we were in was also a nice area there were plenty of restaurants and things to do.

Great house, perfect location.

Short walk to beach/bars. Todd is always there to answer questions/advise on things to do and places to check out. Awesome experience for a fantastic price.

Great house with easy walk to beach

Our goal was being able to just walk out the door with easy access to the beach, and we got that. Plus a very big house that was clean and everything we needed.
