This is a first floor flat in the Elmwood Village. Built 1898, it has been beautifully maintained. It is steps to the shops, restaurants, bars, galleries &fun. 3-4 blocks from the Saturday farmers market and the Lexington Food Co-op, Close to Buffalo State College and Canisius College. 20-25 minute drive to Niagara Falls, 4 miles from Canalside, Buffalo's fabulous waterfront harbor. 1 mile to Delaware park, with Art gallery, Japanese Garden, lake with paddle boat rentals, jazz in the park.

This home is over a hundred years old and has period woodwork, and beautiful hardwood floors. Because of its age there is only one full bathroom. There is off street parking (2 spaces) behind the house but it is a narrow driveway. Large trucks, suburbans etc will not fit. There are two 32" TV's, one in the living room and one in the largest bedroom. All three bedrooms have a window unit A/C, from June - October, but the main living space just has fans and large windows that all open.

It’s definitely an old historical home. Creaky floors, wooden accents, real wooden window frames….it was great for our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We took nightly strolls and even worked out one morning in the large grass area around the corner. We moved our daughter into UB and we were able to cook her multiple dinners to freeze while we stayed in the house. Overall, it was a great stay.

We had the entire downstairs apt and it was so big for just the two of us. It was also a charming step back in time as the building is over 100 years old. The location is perfect for exploring Buffalo and we walked to several neighborhood eats and shops. Thanks Dan.

Kitchen was equipped for cooking and the bedrooms were clean. Check-in was the only issue due to delayed instructions leading to a late check-in and incorrect lockbox code being provided to access the front door key.

Second time staying here for a weekend for a Bills game. Perfect location - a walk to everything you could want, and a 25 min drive to Niagara Falls and the stadium. Perfect. Comfortable beds, nice house - a perfect choice.

This was our first VRBO experience and everything was great! What a cool house! Our family of 5 was comfortable for our 4 days in Buffalo. We appreciated being able to spread out after spending the days doing things together. Would definitely stay again!
