Loved our stay at Victoria House. Really appreciated the well stocked kitchen and super easy check in/out process. Host was responsive and provided all the info we needed. Easy parking, the house was comfortable and incredibly charming with lovely spaces to enjoy catching up with friends. Would love to come back again!

I was in a wedding at O'Brian's Sleepy Hollow in East Aurora and this was so close by and gave me all the space I needed for a three day stay. One of the best parts? Bell the sweet greeting kitty! The hosts were really attentive and checked in well!

Really Great place to stay and enjoyed each movement in this house which is 100 years old but it’s not looks like 100 years old as the host really maintained well. And really nice hosts Jill and Joanne and they helped to smooth checkin and answered all the questions and doubts. Thanks so much Joanne and Jill

plenty of space for parking. Side door to enter is a problem. No safety features for using a railing, step is very high. Worked with Jill to enter through garage.

This stay was to officiate at a local wedding. It was my first Verbo experience and the best possible experience we could have had. A lovely home! On site support was extraordinarily good. Accommodations are just wonderful allowing us to sit down for visits with members of the wedding party for coffee as hosts just like home. What a blessing!

This is a beautiful house located outside the city. It is fully equipped for cooking, two TV’s, comfortable beds, two baths. Decorated to match its history, built in 1890 or thereabouts, it is well heated and also has air conditioning. It is very close to East Aurora which is a sweet village with lots of good restaurants and shops.

Host was wonderful, close but not hovering and checked in to make sure all was good. House was clean, check-in was easy. Close to all Buffalo attractions and Canada. But also quiet so could get a good nights sleep.

We had a great stay at Victoria House! The host was friendly and responsive, and the location was perfect—just a short drive to the Bills stadium. It’s an older house with a lot of charm and character, which made the stay feel unique and comfortable. We’d definitely stay again!

Quiet neighborhood just a few miles from Highmark stadium. Victorian house with period decor, but well appointed with everything you’d need.

We enjoyed our stay and Joanne was very attentive to our needs. It is also close to everything. The kids liked the games Joanne provided too.
