No one ever came out to fix it. The pool was nasty until they cleaned it out on Wednesday, we checked in on Sunday. No communication at all.

ISSUES WITH COMMUNITY

No where listed on anything does it tell you that you can not have a bus bring you into the community. We came with a group of kids and were stopped at the gate. They then made us walk, with luggage, in the dark, in cold weather, half a mile to the property. I called multiple people from this booking site and talked to people on property and kept getting the response "not my problem." If it would had been listed anywhere that buses were not allowed we would not have stayed at this property. There were cheaper properties at other places that are just as nice without the headache. And, to top it all off the cleaning people showed up at 9:30am (check out was at 10am) and were trying to rush us out. Literally telling us to hurry up and leave. at 10:01am as we were getting the last bit of stuff out they called to complain about us not being out in time. If they weren't interrupting us and stopping us to tell us to leave so much we would have been out in time.

Really enjoyed our stay with Magnolia Villas. The management was very easy to work with and addressed all our questions before and during our stay right away. The house was just as advertised and worked well for our large group. We really enjoyed the pool!

Great

It was great overall. They reps were easy to contact and very responsive. It would have been excellent if the billiard and ping pong tables and equipment were usable and if there were extra sheets/blanket for the pull out couch. It would also be helpful to point out the existing stains and damages to the property, furniture, etc. so the renters don't have to worry about being blamed or charged for them.

Excellent stay

Love this place! It accommodated our group of 14 people and there was still room for more. Very clean and comfortable. Not far from all the parks and many stores near by. Host is very responsive and replies quickly. We enjoyed the Pool and jacuzzi . If I return to the Orlando area again would definitely stay here again.

Improvements Needed

The stay was tolerated, there was so many things that were wrong that made the stay basics unsatisfactory. The shower door in the master bedroom was broken did not stay closed, towels were damp, so they could not be used upon arrival. One of the chairs of the dining room table were broken. Upon my arrival there was trash on the property, one of the televisions did not work and we had to wait for a technician to come out and fix it, but I feel like things when were reported it wasn't done in a timely manner, and disregarded so to speak. The customer service representative tried, but her response was there are other televisions in the house that work. In one of the bedrooms downstairs the tub was clogged and did not drain out at all. Amongst a list of other things, I feel as though for the prices that were being charged there should have been better standards for this accommodations not perfect but at least I'm working condition.

Family trip

The house was nice but when we arrived it wasn’t cleaned that well There was also holes in the screen by the pool area, and when we called for assistance it was never taken care of In addition, the day after we arrived the water turned off for 5 hours and the management co said sorry there is nothing we can do We have been coming for years to champions gate and this was the worst experience with a mangement co

Amazing ‼️

This home and experience alone makes me never want to book anywhere else. The house was immaculate! The owners were quick with responding to any questions that I had. All the information that was needed to fully enjoy this home was presented well before we left for our trip and while in the home. I would highly recommend this or any home that the owners offer.

Beautiful home for a large group or family

This home was very well equipped along with a fabulous games room. Rooms were large and plenty of beds/bathroom for a very large group. The pool area is lovely and our family would recommend this home and area to anyone. Thank-you for a wonderful time with our family
