This condo is within easy walking or biking distance from 2 local restaurants, shops, bars, ice cream shops, and water sports. This home has luxury vinyl plank flooring, granite countertops, 3 flat screen smart TV's cable and Wireless internet is provided, plus there is outdoor showers on the boardwalk between buildings. The king master bedroom has a private bath with a separate shower. The second bedroom offers 2 full beds with a shared hall bath.

Pet Friendly: $250 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. Additional Fees will apply for more than one dog. Guests must crate pets when they are left in the home unattended.

A security deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking to cover any potential damages or excessive cleaning needs during your stay. This deposit is fully refundable after your departure, provided no damage or additional charges are incurred. Please note that the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method.
