Great stay. House is a very short walk to the beach. Communication from host was great.

We appreciate your 5-star review and that you had a great stay. The short walk to the beach includes a new walk way over the dunes on to the beach. We also have many beach chairs, 2 beach wagons, coolers, boogie-boards and other beach items. Thank you.

As always we enjoyed our stay at this cozy beach house! Our girls love coming here to this familiar home away from home! Byron is an excellent host! Easy walk to the beach and coffee shop!

If you have a large group returning from the beach with a dinner reservation fast approaching you will have 3 showers to wash up and make that fast-approaching dinner reservation. Thank you

Thank you for sharing your wonderful beach property with us. We enjoyed our stay – I’ve stayed here three times now and enjoy the proximity to the beach and the fact that I can bring our little dog. Everything was great and I can’t wait till my next visit!

Very cute clean a little small living area but worked for our family 3 bedrooms and a weirdly cool bathroom with a toilet and shower in the garage we had a great time and the host were so accommodating and wonderful. Highly recommend

The kitchen had everything you could ever need. All the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Very short walk to the beach. Yard was very pet friendly. Loved our stay

Byron was a great host and communicator and the house was exactly what we needed and wanted. Really appreciated the Keurig, the instructions, the shower outside, the proximity to the beach, the garage, and the comfortable home. Great short vacation made even better by this space. Many thanks!

This rental was in an excellent location, being a very short walk to the beach. The house was roomy, kitchen was well stocked, & nice front & back porches to enjoy with a small view of the ocean. There were books, puzzles & games furnished. The host responded promptly during our communication and was very understanding when we requested to make a change in our reservation at the last minute. The neighborhood was quiet and it was a relaxing place to stay.

Great location, responsive host!

Our family had a great stay! The house is a quick walk to the beach and Byron is super responsive. We also appreciated that there was a garage to store our bikes in. We would stay here again!

You can keep the salt air off your vehicle You can have shade and a nice breeze through the garage in addition to store bikes or charge a golf cart.
