Winery and Beer Brewery are within 1 mile to 20 miles (10 Locations)
Iroquois (IBC) and Midway Beach is 1/2 mile away on same side of the Lake
Main Side Door has Code access for Late arrivals and Key Less Entry
The House is Part of Hazel Park .. Front Porch is replaced 100% with New Composite Decking

The house was very good for 2 couples, however, the 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom, which is not the most convenient. The location is very good, not too far from Meadville and a short walk to the lake. Randy was in communication with us regularly before our arrival date and his directions were very clear.

The house was very clean, updated and had all the necessary essentials. Plenty of parking and a nice quiet backyard area. There were ants in the house the first day but traps were put out and they were gone after that.

Very clean and well-maintained. Plenty of parking for several cars, and the house is laid out nicely for with bedrooms and bathrooms on three levels - very convenient for extended families or groups to each have a little space to themselves. We've stayed several times before and look forward to staying again. Check out the convenient bike rental on the Conneaut side of the Ernst Trail nearby.

We’ve stayed here several times and always have a great time. Very spacious, great firepit, plenty of parking and everything we need to cook meals in the kitchen. It’s always clean and beds are comfy. Randy always communicates very well. It is unfortunate that the neighborhood beach is no longer allowing renters as that is why most people come to the area.

Beautiful home which met our family’s needs. Spacious backyard including fire pit and yard to play games. Fire wood was provided. Is part of Hazel Park, but renters are not permitted to use the beach. I was informed that this is a new rule for this year as we stayed here in the past and were able to use the beach. Would stay here again.

The property is as listed. It was very clean and in good condition. The owner, Randy, was very informative and helpful. Our group has rented this particular property on a number of occasions and found it to be an exceptional property. The owner, Randy, is most accommodating, and is always available via cell phone. We highly recommend this property to others.

My husband, our two adult children, and my sister-in-law and I were in the area for a memorial for another family member. This Conneaut Lake home was the perfect place for us with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to give everyone the privacy they needed and facilities where we could all get showered and ready for the family events. The kitchen was nicely outfitted and the dining room and living room were comfy for our breakfasts and hanging out. Thank you!

One of the best rentals we have stayed at

Nice place to stay

We were here visiting family and this location was great for getting to their home. Plus, the lane nearby was beautiful. The house worked out great for us!
