We enjoyed our stay here. It was within walking distance from our son's place. Kitchen was stocked so we could cook. Bathroom doorknob needs fixing, but other than that, it was clean and a breeze to check in and out.

We loved our stay. We were there for three nights. It was clean and comfortable, and in a good neighborhood with easy access to town..within walking distance to Coors Field… a quaint house with a lot of character that is stylishly decorated. We would have given it five stars but the coffee pot was a bit small for four adults. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends. Definitely a 4.5!

Thank you so much for the lovely review! We're so glad you enjoyed the house and that the location worked out perfectly — being within walking distance of Coors Field is such a fun perk! We love hearing that the character and style of the home came through. We'll absolutely take note about the coffee pot — four adults need their morning coffee and that's an easy fix! We'd love to welcome you and your friends back anytime!

Lipstick on a pig, unfortunately. Lovely new amenities in the kitchen, but no potholders to safely operate stove or oven. No first aid kit. Wildly uneven floors (suitcases rolling across the living room floor). Door knobs that are barely in door and only work from one side. Full beds instead of queens as advertised. Vinyl tape on half the windows. Toilet not square or secure on the floor. Cobwebs and cracks in walls of every room. Outlets and air vents hanging out of walls and floor. Other outlets placed to closeTo walkways, creating a hazard both in kitchen and bathroom-adjacent bedroom. Water pressure varied between a trickle and decent in the bathroom sink and shower. It’s clear this property has seen improvements in recent years, but all three adults in our party injured themselves on sharp furniture corners or trying to navigate absurd orientations in this space. Needs rethinking for function and safety. On the upside, excellent communication with property team, new addition furniture, small appliances, artworks etc were all lovely.

We appreciate you sharing your feedback but we're sorry parts of the home didn't work for your group, and we're especially sorry to hear anyone got bumped along the way. We were glad to set you up with an early arrival and track down a garment steamer for you. We wish we'd heard about these other concerns while you were here too. We were in touch throughout your stay and would gladly have dropped off potholders or sent maintenance to take care of anything that wasn't right. This is an older home so some of what you noticed, like settled floors, original walls and older fixtures, comes with that history. The owners have been updating it thoughtfully while keeping that character, and we know older homes aren't for everyone. For future guests, the bedrooms have queen beds, as listed. These concerns haven't come up with previous guests and our previous reviews show how much people enjoy the home. That said, we take every comment seriously and our team is walking through the home with your notes in mind. We're happy you enjoyed the new furniture, appliances and artwork, and that our communication helped. Thank you again for sharing your feedback.
